DO NOT PARK HERE....Car broken into yesterday, no CCTV so not a "secure" car park., items stolen even though they were hidden and still had to pay £55 parking without being offered a refund. I was also informed by by the recovery vehicle that this happened multiple times recently in this car park so suggests Security turning a blind eye.

Terrible car park. If you don’t want your car to look like this, avoid using this car park at all cost.

I read the reviews before heading here and I was slightly nervous as I knew my car would be left here for 6 days whilst I was working. Checked it daily with absolutely no problems what so ever! There is a security guard that walks around checking all floors and vehicles as well.

Great spot to park and then being able to get around London from location easy access. Safe and secure parking. Expensive for the day but for a family of 4 it worked out better than getting train. Then able to jump straight in car instead if trying to get late trains home

Nice clean and safe car park in central London

Easy to access, well priced and i was pleasantly surprised that there was even a member of staff waiting at the pay station to answer any questions and guide you through the process of scanning your coupon (they email it to you). All fairly straight forward but he was very friendly and helpful. Certainly a level above what I expected. The only thing that caught be off guard was the car park entrance sits in a "pedestrian zone" but as its the only way to access the car park you have to drive through the zone. Just caught me off guard but it appeared to be fine as many cars were doing the same thing.

Easy to get to, clean and secure. Used it for the Palace theatre (its across the road), yes its pricey but seems thats just central London for you. Fantastic for convenience and peace of mind. Helpful staff who were at the pay station to guide you and clearly patrol the place.

This is terrible car park: their website is misleading so that you end up paying double the advertised fee (you're locked in behind a barrier so don't get a choice) and the staff are rude and unhelpful. Zero stars.

Very well built, heated car park. The only problem is the smell. It is a bit pricey for an average person, but still good for that area. I'm always parking there if I'm going to Chinatown

Safe, secure and very easy to find, and operate. Your car WILL be safe here. Plenty of spaces, and reasonably sized. A bit pricey but to park right in the middle of London, this is a safe option. Was a little worried about 24h access but surprised that their system worked well. Charging spaces available for electric vehicles too. We booked online to ensure we had spaces, 'social special' at £20 - our stay would've cost £34.20. If we have to drive to London again, this would be our car park of choice.

At the heart of London Westend, convenient, but pricy which is one of the main reasons that you would always finding a parking space. There is room of improvements on cleanliness, security, health and safety (e.g. only 1 stairs case).

Good value for money and great location if you’re going to visit Chinatown and near sites.

A little confusing at first on how to get to it, since you have to drive through a semi-only pedestrian path. Very expensive, but very secure you know nothing will happen to your vehicle here. Convenient location.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Parked here and planned to stay for an hour to look around Covent Garden and make sure to leave plenty of time for exiting the car park. Upon return, the gate to the car park was locked and required a ticket to open ( which wasn’t received due to their machine being ‘out of tickets’). The alternate to this was a dodgy contactless sensor, which didn’t work at all. Luckily, we were let in by some other customers. We then drove to the exit gate, with 10 minutes of the hour left, to pay. When prompted at the gate to pay, the same contactless card was declined (no surprises there) and we were advised to insert card. This also was refused. We tried to call the support number, only to reach voicemail (no surprises again). We then had to reverse and re-approach the gate, to find the total was now for 2 hours. The machine then happily accepted my card and we were finally allowed out. I would advise parking somewhere other than this run down, dodgy facility.

Felt safe to use, very central at short notice when needed to get access to theatre. Not the cheapest car park £50 for the evening but close for myself as a single female in town

Safe place & secure place. Q-Park Chinatown is an underground car park in the heart of Chinatown. It is ideally located close to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and the West End.

I'd just like to say that this is one of the most safest and friendliest places I have ever parked! Came back in the evening from a day of spoiling my wife and 2 kids and your host John was very helpful...having the door held open for us to enter and even helped carry some of our bags to our car! You don't get exceptional service like that at any other car park! 5 stars! Thank you!

What a lovely, well managed establishment. Felt at ease leaving my car there and although we had trouble with the machines the young man(John) I believe his name was. He was very helpful and willing to help. My husband and I will be cut Ming back to see more productions and leave our car in your hands. Thank you Q-park.

Excellent. Clean, safe and secure. Perhaps expensive, but I had to park for at least 10 hours due to working in the area, and felt that £50 was very fair being in the heart of the West End. Highly recommended.

NOT EVEN REMOTELY SECURE. Paid for the privilege of having our car broken into with the drain covers left available within the insecure car park, then on departure was spoken to with utter contempt by staff (Stephanie) refusing to open the gate although we had paid and were broken into. Police informed us that the vehicle break in's were weekly at least with multiple vehicles being broken into at a time. Nothing appears to be done about it to prevent reoccurance.

Had been to Royal Opera House performance and had ticket done to get 50%parking discount - or so we thought! When back at car park machine charged at full rate so something had gone wrong somewhere. A very helpful and friendly attendant sorted it out for us, thanks a lot John, you helped make our evening perfect!????

Have been parking here for the past two years and it's always clean & bright, lifts always in service and generally well maintained. It's well located for Leicester Square & the surrounding attractions and I don't know anywhere else around you are going to be guaranteed a parking space (don't think I've ever needed to go down to the lower two floors.

Keep on mind that it is literally in the heart of the city and due to that it is spicy on price. Motorcycle free and limited parking for 48 hours. They will move away.

Located in the heart of Chinatown with easy access to Leicester Square and all theatres. This place offers discount on theatre show. The car park is clean and well maintained. Prices are on the high side which can work out to be £8.80 an hour but 50% theatre discount it is quite reasonable.

The parking spaces are incredibly tight, as is the entrances. I chose this car park so that I could charge an electric vehicle but they didn’t work or were blocked and then to add insult to injury I was charged £7.50 for an eighteen minute struggle to find a suitable parking place.

Huge thanks to parking host Michael Addokwei who helped us get our car out of the car park in the middle of an art exhibition on Chinese New Year! We had a long journey home to Wales and he went out of his way to support us to get our car out which was very much appreciated. Many thanks, we’ll be back :)

One of the few good car parks in central london and conveniently located in the heart of Chinatown. Lots of constriction near the entrance so can be a bit difficult, specially if you drive a big car. Very safe and clean. Downside is that it is very expensive!!

Amazing people at Q Park Covent Garden and Q Park Chinatown. My car was one night in each park. My rear windscreen was smashed in a theft ( not in the Q Car Park) and they helped to clean out the glass and secure it and they were SO helpful and kind. It was a week ago so apologies if I have any name wrong but a HUGE thank you to Marvin, Jorge, Michael and David. Thoroughly recommend this car park. 5 star service.
