Hotel Chocolat is a favourite hangout spot of mine and the chocolates are so divine, I even have a loyalty card from here. Tried their Salted Caramel Choc Mocha Latte and it was fab! Just the right amount of chocolate and cocoa flavour! Yummy! They are offering some great Halloween and Christmas selection chocolates right now, hurry here and buy them soon before it all gets sold out!

Great place with a small cafe inside. Chocolate tasty too! Tad expensive as you'd expect but managed to get 15% with the mobile reward card which I quickly made in store! Friendly staff :)

An amazing shop for chocolate lovers!!
A British brand with ethical values, but most important is the amazing range of chocolates!! Their Velvetiser hot chocolate machine is also a must for hot chocolate lovers.
Great customer service too, makes 5 stars very easy to reward!

The blood orange hot chocolate was awful. Most of it was chocolate cream which didn't taste nice. The hot chocolate was average and didn't really taste of orange. The only good thing was the orange chocolate baton. It was very expensive for something that didn't taste nice.

First time experience but will visit again. Good quantity for the price, the sundae was £4.95 and pretty worth it! Would like to try the salted caramel vodka liqueur :)

I ordered iced americano but they served iced coffee shake. Although we asked them we ordered iced americano, they answered we don’t have iced americano so we made an iced coffee shake. It just speaks nonsense. They didn’t explain anything.

Completely useless, unhelpful staff both here and at head office who messed up transaction and wouldn't give me the goods till I'd paid twice telling me I had to return for refund later. Couldn't have been more useless if they'd tried.

We were in Brighton for the weekend and visited hotel chocolat Brighton on the Sunday , after choosing our chocolate I went up to pay and whilst there I was asked the usual question regarding loyalty cards , I didn’t want to get one, as soon as I said no thank you the chap behind the counter said it doesn’t cost anything and takes 20 seconds , but I really didn’t want one, so politely said no thanks, to which he turned quite rude threw my chocolate in the bag and briskly plonked it on the counter huffing as he did it , quite rude I thought and without reason for it , if someone doesn’t want a loyalty card they don’t want one .. almost felt like asking for refund but I like the chocolate too much , and it Was his problem not mine
