We have now had our Kuga 6 weeks and so far so good. Was a little unsure about buying a car without seeing or test driving it. Cazoo provided detail information and the process of buying in this way was very easy. They followed up the sale to make sure we were happy. As many I was slightly apprehensive about buying a vehicle online without seeing or test driving it, however Cazoo has been the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. It was simple from the outset, an extremely competitive price for a nice 67 plate Astra delivered next to my house. The delivery driver was super nice and walked me though thr car, although having to wait 3 days for it to be delivered meant I'd already watched 100 videos about the car on YouTube. After having the Car for 48 hours and diving approx 100 miles in it plastic trim had fallen off the underside of the car. I emailed the support team and straight away they have booked my car in with a local garage to get repaired. My car was only deliverd 4 days ago but so far I can only praise Cazoo, and in a few years I will be returning, my partner is currently scrolling through the Cazoo website looking for her new car! One bit of feedback for Cazoo, I would be willing to sign up for your extended warranty if you can do it as a payment plan!????

I had a great experience with the purchase of my Fiesta from Cazoo. The online ad was descriptive and clear with great quality photos, also I knew about the 7 day trial period so I had complete confidence to buy online before I saw the car. It was delivered at the agreed time and the driver was very friendly and helpful. There were no hidden surprises. Also the finance application was quick and easy. Overall very satisfied!

Bit skeptical and nervous at first to buy/part ex my car online, but overall service was good, new car is great. Exchange and handover was really easy and fast & the delivery guy was really nice, explained everything to me and made sure I was happy before he left. The new car is perfect, no issues, and the little extras left in the car are really lovely.

Despite deciding to immediately return the car on delivery, (I had found a similar car with better specification elsewhere) the Cazoo team were exceptionally professional, thanked me for having considered them and returned my full payment in less than 5 days. Excellent from start to delivery, can’t think of a single thing to fault them on. Customer service excellent, delivery guy friendly and knowledgable, and clearly takes great pride in the company he works for. Car was immaculate, even got a call a few days later reminding me if I had any problems with the car to phone them. No haggling with pushy sales reps, who will try to sell you everything from service plans to car mats, just click at a great price. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Simply outstanding! Just had my car serviced by Cazoo at Chertsey and it was brilliant. The location was modern, clean and I was able to wait and work in total comfort whilst the car was being serviced, with complimentary wifi and soft drinks! And now for the best bit, not only did my car receive a full valet but so did my dirty football boots that I had left in the car! Mind blowing customer service, thank you so much. PLEASE Cazoo find out who took the time and effort to, literally, make my day and give them a payrise! Top marks Cazoo.

Shocking car and shocking customer service too. The 18 plate car was made out to be in pretty good condition - it was in poor condition and frankly, embarrassing. Cazoo took the car back quickly but was slow with the finance rewind, taking almost 4 weeks - stopping me from getting another car! I called them everyday for 2 weeks - customer service say they will ring or email you back and they don't. Was promised some form of compensation but heard no more about it. Genuinely disappointed, especially when a friend who recommended Cazoo had a smooth experience and I've had nothing but trouble.

When my car arrived, the driver went through the main features and made sure I was confident enough to drive it. I discovered later that it was missing its manual but, again, the Cazoo team sourced one for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Went to apply finance for a new car as fancied a bit of a change. I rung there head office I assume on Thursday to clarify with deposit and paying through finance. The lady said that you can trade your current car as a deposit towards the balance of the new car. It also said on their adverts which I saw on TV and YouTube that you can pay the deposit with cash or by trading your current car. However after 2 days which was rather quick I then found out in order to collect the car or have it delivered to my address I then would have to pay a £7.2k deposit regardless I've been told you could sell your old car as a deposit. I would of left a one star review, the reason why I gave 2 stars is because the staff were friendly and whenever I had a query they answered it coherently.

I'm writing this review while I'm still waiting for a response from the manager at Cazoo. I bought the car in January, everything was perfect. Then today the engine cut out in the middle of the road, they said my car is out of warranty so I have to pay to replace the engine myself. I don't know why Cazoo said its passed all the highest standard. I only had it for over 3 months and I really disappointed with the way they treat me. Maybe because I can't speak a lot of English. I'm in a urgent situation but they don't really care about it. I hope someone from Cazoo can read my review and at least help me with something

We leased a Mini at a very affordable rate and it was delivered within a week, even over the Christmas period (ordered on 23rd, delivered on 30th). Thouroughly recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

Car Still has not been delivered despite being promised a specified date, terrible customer service - promised calls with updates and never receive them. All support staff say you are now a priority with further updates to follow. These are never received and you have to constantly chase yourself to receive the same answer. Like others, don’t be fooled by good reviews and the ads. Avoid

I was told by two people in the motor trade that the car Cazoo had sold me had been in an unrecorded accident due to the fact the front had been repainted, the bonnet wasn't aligned, and the steering wheel vibrated at high speeds. I struggle to believe that with all the quality checks Cazoo does before selling a car, that they were not aware of the fact the car had been in an accident. Felt very angry that I'd seemingly been ripped off, paying a fairly high sum for a car that had supposedly been in an accident. They advertise that they're cars are of a very high standard but I don't believe this is the case. To be fair to Cazoo, the customer service was very good and they were very accommodating. As advertised, I was allowed to return my car and am now in the process of receiving my refund. I would still not recommend Cazoo due to this experience.

Originally took a service plan out with Imperial Car Supermarkets which has now been bought by Cazoo. I cancelled the service plan on 09/02/2021, and it was confirmed by Cazoo I would receive the refund within 28 days. 27 days later I chased up said refund to be told it had not yet been processed and they would look into this. After multiple emails and calls to chase this, I am yet to receive my money, now way out of the 28 day period. Cazoo have said they are having an issue with The Warranty Group - the original service plan providers, and they will not return my money to me until this issue has been settled. Absolutely disgraceful that a company of Cazoo’s size will not refund my money and then take up the issue with The Warranty Group. It takes multiple phone calls and threats of the ombudsman and trading standards to even get a reply to an email, no matter how unhelpful the response is. If you have a product with them, don’t expect your money back when requested, and if you are thinking about taking a product out with them, think again... they do not uphold their own processes or return money that is owed to you. Absolutely shocking customer service.

I messaged Cazoo to check some particulars about the outstanding finance for my part exchange before committing to buy, I was assured repeatedly that it wouldn't be a problem. I bought the car only to be told 2 days later that they would not settle my finance and that I should sell the car privately (within 3 days). Sale has now been cancelled and my credit score is now affected by the loan for the new car that I do not have. Incredibly poor service and I will not be recommending to anyone.

As a self employed person I believe in "The customer is King" and Cazoo always seem to know who they are talking to and work together as a team. Noon phone menus. Other companies take note ! Brilliant service from start to finish. The pictures were true to the description and full details of the vehicle were available. I contacted customer services to ask a few questions about the purchase process and returns policy, as I felt a bit uncomfortable making a large purchase online without first seeing and test-driving the car; however, I was assured that I could return the car within 7-days for whatever reason if I wasn’t completely satisfied. The car was delivered in a couple of days after purchase, straight to my door. The delivery driver was timely, friendly, showed me around the car and explained any important information. The car had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cazoo.

Now i'm 2 days on and past my delivery date, with no car, they cant tell me what is going on and when i'm going to get it, and they have had all of my money sitting their bank. very disappointed.

Not very organised. They - OF COURSE- delayed my car delivery like other customers have gone through this a lot. They promised to arrange a hire a car during that time but failed to do so in timely manner. Just don't bother making phone calls and emails which I thought the whole process should have been easier as they are shown on advertisement. The customer service staff arr friendly but not very organised they should make every efforts on the whole process otherwise I doubt the company would last long.

Bought a car, then the delivery driver reversed into it. Staff are very friendly and have a good laugh every time we call to chase, but management have provided very little actual help. Returning the car, don't buy Ford Ecosport (Part Reg: EX17). Responding to Cazoo's comment below: I have left this review because of the way this is being handled on your side. So far, I have not been speaking to the same customer service advisor twice and nobody is taking ownership of resolving the issue.

They provide a 2 hour delivery slot. Car was immaculate - as advertised. Very friendly and helpful handover. Really takes the hassle out of buying a new car. I purchased a Mercedes GLA £7000.00 deposit and £14000 financed on 02/04. I was contacted by an advisor who advised me the indicator had been cracked and they needed to rearrange my delivery date. A few days following this I was then contacted by an advisor who advised my car had passed the vigorous Cazoo quality check and was ready to be delivered on 13/04. I then received a call on 11/04 advising the car had arrived in Bristol but the indicator was still broken and also in transit a dent and a scratch has appeared. Meaning this vehicle had passed the Cazoo quality check but the indicator was broken? (MOT FAIL). I was left asking the question if the technicians are unable to locate a faulty indicator how can I be satisfied they have checked the engine, electrics or transition etc. At this stage I advised I did not want the vehicle and wanted a refund. I am 9 days on from purchasing my Cazoo Mercedes, I have no vehicle and I have just received an Email advising someone will be in touch to discuss my refund, meaning I am still £7000 down. To add insult to injury Cazoo Emailed advising me to get the vehicle taxed and insured which I have done. I have to now call DVLA and my insurance company to cancel they will both be charging me an admin fee for a car I never seen in the flesh. I would advise anyone against buying a vehicle from Cazoo their experts very clearly haven’t got clue. As I said I am 9 days on from my purchase and I have still have an empty driveway and a 7K hole in my account. Don’t be fooled you will never get your car within 72 hours. AVOID CAZOO AT ALL COSTS.

Really happy with the Cazoo experience! At first I was a bit worried as it sounded strange buying a car online, but from start to finish Cazoo been really good! Made life much easier! Previously had many negative experiences with local small independent "dealers" and Cazoo is nothing like that! First of all buying the car was easy and comfortable! The car arrived, really nice car! The delivery driver, Errol was a great guy! Explaining the car cracking some jokes even made the neighbour laugh! Good to see people who enjoy their work! Car was clean and in nearly mint condition! Being a used car, been a great surprise how well looked after the car was! However few days later I noticed a bit of issue, but wasn`t worried contacting Cazoo as I knew I can still send the car back if they can not deal with the issue! Well, they did deal with the issue promptly, booked it in the garage, sorted it for me in no time! Now the car really looks and feels like a brand new car! And this is the biggest sign of a serious company, the good customer service. They are selling second hand cars, lets be honest all second hand cars can have issues, but how they react when the issue is reported that`s what made me feel that it was a way better choice to buy car from cazoo then from a small independend dealer! Oh and the surprise Goodie bag on the passanger seat was a nice touch too! Overall I can only recommend Cazoo!

Possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had ! Car arrived on time and immaculate. The delivery guy even dried off the rain drops ! He allowed me to familiarise myself with the controls while he loaded up my old car and answered every question clearly and professionally. He also explained the aftercare process. The whole ordering process from finding my car online to receiving it took less than a week. I am very impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. First class !

Found the exact model of car that I had been looking out for for a while, and arranged with Cazoo to part exchange my older model. Everything went like clockwork with great communication from their team, and a week or so later my new car arrived. Delivery driver showed me around the car, whilst practicing safe distancing, and checked everything out before I signed delivery acceptance. After a couple of days driving I found a slight niggle with windscreen washers not working, which needed a new pump as apparently, windscreen additive can become "gloopy" in cold weather, and block the pump filter leading it to burn out - so beware! Reported this to Cazoo CS who reimbursed me immediately for the costs of replacing the pump. When up on the ramp having the pump fitted, my mechanic reported that the tyre tread depths on all 4 tyres were not good - not necessarily illegal yet, but not far off. Would have expected this to have been picked up on Cazoo's pre-delivery inspection but it clearly was not! Reported the above to Cazoo CS along with providing some photos of the tyres, and again without batting an eyelid, they agreed to reimburse me for the costs of 4new tyres! So - all in all a great experience despite a couple of issues, which were all sorted by Cazoo's extremely helpful Customer Services team - Danielle and James - thank you both very much!

I just want to say how lovely and straightforward the whole process has been from start to finish. I love that the website tells you upfront about any imperfections and provides photos, very upfront and honest and other similar websites dont do this. The car was also very well priced and finance set up very easily. Ive had regular communications keeping me up to date and providing me with links to get 7 day free insurance and tax sorted and all have worked perfectly and were very easy to follow. The delivery guy Garry (with 2 R's) called me when he was 25 minutes away and spent a lot of time going through all the gadgets/features etc on the car. He was very kind and friendly and it felt like he really cared, there was no rushed feeling like he wanted to get home, very nice man! Also the goodie bag was a really nice touch! If I had 1 complaint it would be that the car didn't have a full fuel tank. Although the drinks bottle and umbrella were a nice touch, I would have preferred a full tank of fuel! Very very impressed overall though and I would recommend Cazoo to anyone! Dont think I'll ever go back to buying a car the old way! Thank you so much!
