If I could give this garage and this man 0 star I would. We bought an Audi Q5 a couple of months ago, drove it home that evening and the following day the engine management light came on. We had to have the EGR system replaced and ever since then it’s just had problem after problem, had it plugged in again today and it showed a list of faults. He was not prepared to help in anyway. My 2 year old daughter was in the car when it went in to limp mode and wouldn’t go over 30mph on the motorway. Dangerous car. Dangerous garage. Please EVERYONE stay clear. This man is dodgy and sells dodgy cars. Spent £15k and have had to spend a lot of money on it. I think he must have had the lights turned off before we got there (the unit next door to him is a diagnostic place) and he was probably hoping and praying they didn’t come back on when we were test driving it. Hope you sleep well at night knowing that you’ve sold a family a sh** car!!!!!

Car had a oil leak took the car in to Monza 2000. The service I received was very good the staff where super polite problem was sorted by the end of the day and they rang me up to tell me how much the job was going to be before they started the work. Would definitely use this garage again.

Saw a Vauxhall Corsa on eBay, advertised as having AC both in the eBay listing and in the dealers "Vehicle Print Out" specs sheet. Secured car by deposit (£200) and travelled 65 miles to collect. Car was immaculate, no issues there, but after getting home realised there was no AC. Messaged dealer to enquire who proceeded to ring and txt between 10:45 and 11:30 at night demanding to know when we were returning the car for a refund minus £200 deposit!
No apology offered. No solution offered, simply return car for refund.
Customer Service is nonexistant at this dealer.
Would not recommend on that basis alone.
