We had a super smooth and awesome experience buying our first Mercedes GLE. Leon walked us through the process right from beginning to end, and was extremely efficient and quick. We ended getting an even nicer car that we initially planned, and GCS was super accommodating. Leon was also very knowledgeable with the process, and patient - which was greatly appreciated given we are first time buyers. Can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for good quality and well priced Mercedes vehicles! Awesome experience!

Recently bought a smart car for my daughter with a gentleman named Leon, who was exceptional from start until the end of my purchase with viewing, Contract and a good old chat. He attended to me when I came inside for an appointment, after staff smoking outside refused to attend and said she will be with me once she’s finished smoking and joking around with a colleague, high unprofessional if I must say so. Nevertheless, I am very happy with my purchase and the level of care I was given so thank you Leon and thank you GCS cars. ????????

They have a huge range of Mercedes vehicles and great service. Adam was super helpful and it was really easy to decide on a vehicle, ask all the relevant questions, sort out the paperwork and transaction and buy the car. The website and stock is up to date and detailed and you find exactly what you saw online. The great management philosophy permeates the business. It’s very busy but that happens when you are good. This company has the most arrogant and unhelpful sales people ever! I wanted to buy a C Class they had, the salesman offered little or no advise over the phone and seemed not to like me asking questions. I booked to see the car and when I arrived they could not even be bothered to open the gates to let me park, even if there was parking. Salesman said to me find somewhere park if you wanted to view their car. I decided not to bother with the purchase, as if they can be so rude and arrogant before the sale, what would they be like after if there were issues. Seems like a lucky escape for me reading some of the other comments.

Worst costumer service you can ever get, Sales guy was the most arrogant person to deal with he even block my phone number when I was trying to chase them for my car, I had to drive down from Birmingham to find out what’s happening with my car I was promised the car will be ready by 16:00 “never” the car was ready at 20:00, I was told you will get 3 month fully comprehensive warranty “never” I requested to replace my front discs and pads they did change them however the discs were unbranded after 2 months car was shaking like you are driving in mounting for 22k car it’s unbelievable the level of they’re professionalism is 0000000000000 please do not buy from these guys you are going to regret the experience Avoid!!!

Just thought i would share my recent experience with the GCS team, Just when you think good old British customer care is a thing of the past you have your faith restored I travelled down from the North East with my son on Saturday to pick up his new car, on arrival it was apparent there were a couple of issues (non GCS related) that might of made driving away with the car that same day unlikely Our sales contact Adam got to work on resolving these problems with the clock ticking in order keep my son from being a disappointed young man. Anyway he pulled it out of the bag after a relentless 3 hours or so.. Great work Adam you really went above and beyond your call of duty I would recommend anyone looking for a used Mercedes look no further than these guys...TOP DRAWER Thanks Again Adam Regards Steve & Nathan

We did not have very good experience with them. When we were buying car they were so nice, promising everything. There were a couple of quite serious issues with the car that we had found out later, so we booked an appointment. They fixed one issue and left another. After 3 weeks we took the car back and they weren't happy but they took it to repaired. In the end they fixed the car but it came back with a big scratch, and an extra 200 miles and was very dirty from inside and out. We were very disappointed. To deal with them is an absolute nightmare. I would never ever use their service again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GCS. Not a good experience at all. They are promising everything, when I was just about to drive the car I realized that fuel filler flap is broken. Sales advisor Sam, said that he will order the part and it will be fixed next day in 10 minutes. Next day he didn't recognized ''I don't now nothing about your part, Servicing department need to order it and change it for you''. I managed to speak to Adam once in the morning, he said I need to book a slot, drop the car for one day...... but he will call when they have my part. Two weeks gone and no phone call, no one is answering my calls. Now I have lose one day and drive back to them and see what other bluffing offer they have.

We had travelled from up north to purchase and car from them and we not disappointed and are very thankful for their great service. This has been the most accomadating and great car buying experience we have come across to date. The staff are very informative and give you the best advice for your need and I can't recommend them enough! The owner and heba were amazing at going the extra mile for us, when we had issues with our bank and were very understanding of the situation of us having travelled so far to purchase the car. Meeting with the sales rep and looking around the car was fantastic, i was left to my own devices to explore the car with no time frame and no one looking over my shoulder. I took the car for a test drive and decided I liked it enough to buy it. At this point it was made clear I would need to pay £295 admin fee. I had done all my shopping on the auto trader website and this is not mentioned on there. When transferred through auto trader to the advert on the dealer website, again it is not mentioned. Instead you have to go to the dealers main page before you see a mention of admin fees. I went for a walk, made a phone call and decided I'd pay the fee. On return to the office i sat down with a different rep to complete the purchase, she informed there was no V5 and told me id have to go to the post office to send off the necessary paperwork (£295 on admin well spent). The car key I had used to look around the vehicle was pushed in front of me, I asked where the advertised second key was, the dealer told me they didn't have it yet, but "there's a strong possibility it will be sent at a later date". At this point I decided to pull out of the sale. After a very short discussion with her director the sales rep offered me a £50 discount. However by this point I'd talked myself out of it. If something as little as having 2 keys when only having 1 was easy enough to lie about, what major flaws had been omitted or covered up.

Visited GCS 3 times unsure of the type of vehicle I wanted, all the staff were very accommodating and helped me to find what I was looking for despite the fact I was unsure of the whole finance process. Came In the last day spoke Heba who reassured me on everything and 24hrs later I am driving around in my brand new A class☺️ Honestly if not for her I would not have gone through with it I probably would have sat at home thinking about it for the next 3 months so a giant thank you to her.

Saw their car online, looked like a good deal. I messeged them and had no response. I then rang them and told them im interested in the car, the sales person sounded like they don't get paid enough to answer the phone, was very blunt and said they are not offering test drives. Im ready to buy but not without test driving it! The person just said we dont offer test drives and stayed silient.. no effort to ask me if i want to come in to have a look or keep my details and ring me when they can offer a drive... nothing! I think I'd rather pay more and buy from a dealership that wants to sell.

I had a great experience buying my new retirement vehicle however the ad said vehicle had 2 keys but after I bought the car and they received my payment they only gave me 1 I wasn't offered money off or even the opportunity for them to pay for a spare key, I was then told they didn't have the log book and again I would have to pay the v62 fee myself again told all this after they received my payment. The aftersales and treatment you receive after purchase is absolutely shocking. its fake promises I travelled back up to Gcs with a problem with my cars sunroof and to ask where my SD card was for my navigation which I was promised would be sent to me and never received they fixed my sunroof issue and I was told by management they would contact me regarding my navigation card later that day, However I think that was just to get me out the door because I never received that call I have tried contacting Gcs cars multiple times and I'm asked to leave my number and somebody would contact me back by the end of the day well its never happened its been 2 months.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Unprofessional and being sworn and cursed by the rude salesman. Put down a £1000 deposit on an E class estate and was promised the minor issues with the car I.e. dents and paintwork will be fixed and the car be cleaned and prepped in a week’s time for collection. Heard nothing after a week so I called to get an update, it sounded like they had no idea what was supposed to be happening with the car, I went through everything they said ok should be ready in the next few days, eventually it took 10 days after I paid the £1000 deposit for the car to be “ready” for collection according to them. We turn up as been told after a 2 hour drive to realise that nothing was done on the car, the car was in the exact same state as it were 10 days ago and was not even cleaned. We asked for our deposit back and they refused, we tried to argue because we’re protected by consumer rights and then the salesman smacked the table pointed his fingers swore and cursed at us... yes all of those words you can think of. I mean I know what secondhand car salesman are like but this was something new

After coming back home with sunroof to car sorted but without getting the sd card so I can look at all the history of the car as it's all online I put up a review which was not a good one, I then receive a phone call to say the owner is not happy with the review and lo n behold I was sent a sd card which says not readable I have been ringing all week to get no help from them at all I was told by adam he would be back Monday (today),leon asked me to ring him on monday (today)but neither one is in "so I'm told"now I would like the owner to ring me and promise it will get sorted as I want it done here in Southampton as that is what you said to me and wayne when we brought the Car
