Got to the store last Thursday just after closing. Was heading back to my car when the Manager came out to lock up on his way home, called over to me and re-opened the shop for me to get what I needed!
Customer service at it’s absolute finest, thank you! Five stars... this is a ten!

Excellent customer service
I initially telephoned and spoke to Gareth to see if there were any gerbils in the store, as i would be travelling from Eastbourne. When i arrived Gareth could not have been more helpful. He spent a great deal of time with me going through everything i need to know about care, food etc. He is very knowledgeable. Emma was also helpful as well chipping in with comments, the staff there obviously get along very well. To top it all Emma drove me to the station as there was a half hour wait for a taxi and Gareth was concerned that as i had two animals it would not be good to keep them waiting longer than necessary in a travelling cage. Not only was it helpful to me but showed the genuine concern about the welfare of the animals in the store. I cannot praise them enough.

It's so rare I leave a review but over the past 18months I've received outstanding help from the staff at Pets Corner, Lewes. My senior British blue kitty has needed consistent help with balancing out his diet and allergies so their nutritional knowledge and consistent help has been second to none. Finally, The Cheshire Cat senior chicken is making a huge difference to him. Unbelievable how much he has changed in himself, how much happier he is , his fur is like silk in only a week of eating such a higher grade nutritional food. He is finally benefitting. The sachets are still cost effective on a budget income as they are v generous portions and I find if combined with a dry food, half a sachet a day is enough in quantity. A+++ Service. I'm so relieved to have had your help on hand and my boy is finally back to feeling himself. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager. Dont shop anywhere else for my pet supplies. Always asking after my dog and checking if shes okay, and always make sure to give her lots of fuss and a treat when I bring her in.

Went into this shop for the first time today for fish items. Was not greeted or seen to. The staff clearly didn’t realise I was in the shop, turned the corner and was shocked to see a larger female staff member talking all about her love life and tinder and the latest guys she’s talking to. Completely inappropriate, and to add she was leaning over the stock with horrendously ill fitting uniform. I ended up just leaving...as her/their attitude wasn’t much better when they realised I was there! not what I expected for a lovely looking shop and I’m very disappointed! I won’t be back. Hopefully the staff in today aren’t management!!

My wife and I are frequent visitors to Pets Corner, we got a puppy called Patch at Xmas and he is a real hit with the staff which makes my wife feel very welcome. The staff gave us loads of advice for healthy food & snacks. Advice on helping Patch pup integrate with our 2 cats. Great place. Good selection of things and good prices, definitely recommend this place

We were understandably distressed when our cat was diagnosed with anaemia and required significant treatment at the vets. Desperate, we sought a high quality cat food as a nutritional solution. Pets Corner staff were really helpful, showing us options and giving advice on food with high red meat content. It was expensive and a gamble as our cat is a fussy eater! However, we were reassured that if our cat wouldn't eat this food, Pets Corner would give a refund and donate it to a cat charity! Fortunately, the food went down well and our cat is eating her way to good health. Thanks Pets Corner for your brilliant customer service and lovely staff! Ms Ellis

Very helpful was misinformed about some treatment from the Hayward health store for my fish and this store sorted it out and informed me the correct way aswell as giving me some extra advice on my ammonia situation. I will be reccomending this store aswell as visiting them in the near future.
I also had a problem with my hamster from the ditchling store it got mites leading to a big vet bill. Ditchling wasn't helpful so I spoke to Gareth and the team at lewes who sorted it out and spoke to head office to try and get this sorted. I highly recommend using this store and will be using them again for products and advice when needed.

What a great pet shop with delightful, friendly staff. I have bought all my dog's supplies from there since they opened. They could not have been more helpful... & always a treat for Digby when he went in with me. Coastway Veterinary Surgeons next door are also highly recommended... free parking for both too.
All in the past tense I'm afraid as I had to have Digby put to sleep last night. Very sad but so many happy memories.
