The Lewes staff are always welcoming & friendly, no matter which team members are working when I visit. The store has a fantastic variety of stock for all of my dog's needs - I have bought everything from toys, to bedding, treats, dog shampoo & poo bags!
My puppy is a rescue dog from Bulgaria & when he first arrived, aged 6 months old, his tummy was very sensitive & upset for some weeks whilst he settled in to his new environment. The staff at Pets Corner are extremely knowledgeable, unbiased towards product ranges & clearly have the well being & interests of pets as their top priority. Having tried a few different food brands & discussed options with the team, I settled on a variety mix of wet & dry food that suits my dog, Merlin & I'm a regular visitor to Pets Corner to stock up on dry dog food. I always receive a warm welcome & a team member always offers to help carry my purchases to my car when I leave. They are always happy to see Merlin, my dog, when I take him in store with me & have always made him feel at ease - especially on his first visit when he was still a little nervous & wary of new environments. It's always a pleasure to shop in the store & have a chat with the team.

This is a true neighbourhood store with a genuine welcome for customers. The staff are happy to help answer questions and well informed about their products. Despite the national Pet Corner brand, this is a store where you feel the management is entirely focused on service and getting to know Lewes pet owners.

The best customer service I have come across in a long while. Such knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help. They are soon to only stock quality nutritious pet food rather than those full of junk. Their dog food has a money back gaurentee - if your dog doesn't like it they will give your money back and donate the rest to a dogs rescue!! Also, they have everything you could need

I first started using Pets Corner in Lewes a few months ago and have been amazed at how helpful, informative and friendly the staff are. You are made to feel welcome and more importantly you get the impression they really love working there, and that pets are their first priority. To sum up it makes for a really nice and uplifting shopping experience.

Lots of choice for all kinds of pet, but we were shopping for new puppy items. What stood out in particular was the staff and how much help and advice they were willing and able to give customers! They were all absolutely brilliant! Gareth spent a good half hour with us explaining the differences between the various types of dog food, and as the range is so vast, this was really helpful to us as novices. We'll definitely return for all our dog's bits n bobs as we know they'll take the time to give considered advice.

We needed to move our puppy on from basic dry puppy food so we dropped into Pets Corner Lewes for advice. We were helped, and given a really clear explanation of each dry food type and the benefits and disadvantages of each. Came away with some new food and a money-back guarantee if our fuzz-ball didn't get on with it! Perfect.

Absolutely recommended. I buy lots of live food for my lizards and snake and unlike most places it's all alive healthy and fed. Last for its entire life cycle and allways full boxes.. Other places locally I have half boxes mostly dead or dying.. I CANNOT PRAIS PETS CORNER ENOUGH.... Never going anywhere else again. Xx

On Saturday 14th November 2020 my wife and I were greeted by both staff on duty as we entered the premises and asked if we needed assistance (which we certainly did, having just acquired a new puppy). The manager took a lot of time and trouble in explaining the different foods available as well as treats/ chews/collars/leads etc. He was very knowledgeable, and keen that we should buy the right items for our new dog, so explained very clearly a whole new world to us! The premises were spotless, and clean smelling, being well organised under good lighting and space, especially so in these strange times. It was a delight to shop here, and we will return. We recommend Pets Corner in Lewes

I've used Pet's Corner in Lewes for 6 years for my dog, and now the new puppy and always found the staff to be so helpful and friendly. They have really helped my older boy develop in confidence by being patient and caring with him, he's a different dog! I love the shop layout and always get great advice from the staff. I've saved on vets bills for eye and teeth issues due to their knowledge and experience - and will continue to use this as my one stop shop for my lovely fur family.

Since coming here after they opened, we have always had & continue to have a great experience here. The staff are so nice & knowledgeable. Our dog also loves it here, as they always make a fuss of her and our 2 year old loves it here too. The in-house animals always look healthy & well looked after. They have a massive & very good selection of all different products & animal foods. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Am over 70 with underlying health conditions so am in total lockdown.
I needed some cat litter but it’s only stocked by Pets Corner and the nearest store to my home is in Lewes. No way I can drive there. So I rang the store in Lewes and enquired whether they could deliver to Eastbourne. Not normally I was told but Gareth took my details and said he make would enquiries. Within half an hour he called me back to say he had arranged delivery of said item and it would be with me today.
WELL DONE GARETH - YOU AND YOUR STAFF HAVE GONE THE EXTRA MILE .
YOU ARE MY HEROES.

These guys rock! From the smile and being conscious of your presence as soon as you enter, they make sure you are looked after and get help without being over-bearing and obsequious. You can also talk through purchases. Best Pet Store in the area
