I wasn't impressed by Pets Corner. The price of the items in the shop are a lot higher than competitors. For example the Guinea Pig cage in Pets Corner is £109 and the same cage in Pets at Home is £50. My children had vouchers bought for them for their Birthday and you can't buy anything for less than the voucher is worth. Pets at Home have a very good app for getting vouchers and discount. I got 10% off my first purchases. The only saving grace were the staff were well trained. But as a new pet owner Pets Corner are overpriced and have lost my business.

Store has impressive lay out and helpful staff, wide range of products, and the use of free scales to monitor our dogs weight regularly is great. Only advice I would give is to arm your staff members with information on rawhide, as I overheard one member of staff recommend it to a customer as a good snack for their dog. I realise all pet stores supermarkets stock this stuff to make it profitable, but if staff are going to actually recommend it to customers, then they should be aware of actually how bad certain types of rawhide can be for dogs.

Friendly staff, local, and sell a wide variety of objects for animals of all sorts. I brought 2 guniea pigs from here and it was a brilliant, trustworthy process and they are healthy and happy after 1 year. I always use this shop to buy there supplies and it’s always fairly priced. Would recommend! The only thing I would say is that there’s normally only 2-3 of each pet so I would get them quickly or reserve them.

Fabulous shop with new additions all the time. Colourful leads with matching collars, to harnesses and toys for all sorts of pets!
Small pets like hamsters, rats, gerbils have cages, food and toys to keep them happy. Dogs, cats, budgies too every pet you can think of has a shelf or space set out for these individual pets.
Even books on how to look after these pets, from babies to adulthood and the staff are all trained brilliantly on how to cope with these pets. How to handle them safely, sex them, keep them clean in their surroundings or cages. What they eat and how big they will grow and approximately ages they live for.
So many items to purchase, toys, clothes, food, treats to shampoo, healthy items and fun games to play with them.
All staff so well trained to the highest standard too.
If there’s something they don’t know they will find it out.
Brilliant shop always open 7 days a week, easy parking too.

Good place to drop in for those treats to give to your pet when you get home. Unfortunately on my visit their was a young girl who could do with some customer training, i can understand and agree in the current situation with the health crisis there are restrictions in place about how many people from the same family are allowed in store at one time and what method of payment is preferable to avoid contact etc, but there is still a way to inform people of the rules without coming across as rude and very abrupt.
Customer service is something that is trained into staff from the start, and a subject that I know very much about, but unfortunately on this occasion this was not what i recieved.
On other visits to this store I have recieved a better level of service.
An opportunity for staff re-training could be used in the near future.

I use pets corner to get live food for my bearded dragon. The staff are very helpful and always have stock in and manage to keep them alive unlike some other stores and still continue want to charge you full price!!

Staff are always really friendly and helpful, mindful of my mobility needs and be it for dog supplies or for my tropical fish keeping they have the knowledge to help if needed. Also the fish I get from here are always in great condition and they have some beautiful specimens every single time.

Had a wonderful experience shopping here. I was served by a young man with strawberry blonde hair. He was very helpful and gave me lots of information on a good food for my new rescue cat, he told me all about his two cats and how the foods really helped them so I’m looking forward to giving it a try. Hes recommend a new cat litter for me which I’m loving, it’s so much better being able to flush it down the toilet as I am in a flat I will definitely be coming back here for my cat stuff Thank you.

The majority of the staff are incredibly rude when I've visited 3 times. They speak down to you and speak to you like you're stupid. Then talk about you amongst themselves while you are waiting to be served. Will be choosing a different pet shop in the future. One that respects there customers.

Never leave reviews but the mrs told me to as I was happy. I came a few days ago wanting information about gerbils for my daughter, spoke to Sam. Really knows his stuff. If you ever need gerbil advice go to him. Great bloke. Thanks mate didn’t once try and sell me unnecessary stuff. Shops a bit pricey not a lot of choice for small animals with cages and toys but worth paying a bit more for the right info I guess
