So Friendly. We Went into pets corner in Peacehaven and we were very impressed by the service and friendly advice that we received. We are looking to have a pet turtle and we didn't really know what we needed to get. Mark helped us and explained our options. Definitely we will return and recommend Pets Corner.
I Did return and got similar great service. Willing to help and look up info if needed. I have ordered the turtles now and will be making regular trips to pets corner. Thanks for making it so pleasant.....5 Stars *****

Decent size store with a good selection of items for most pets, whether you want some food for your wild birds or bedding for your small animal or maybe just some dog treats. They have just about anything, pets corner is a bit pricey, but the company have some good ethics with how they source their products. The staff have lots of training attached to their jobs, so the can be very helpful in providing advice that is specific to your situation. The animals at this site looked clean and happy enough well for caged animals. For a store of it's size I was surprised there was only two members of staff and one was on lunch, so one doing what needs to be done in terms of store upkeep, talking with and advising customers, as well as serving at the till. Ok when I went it wasn't too busy and it will only be about two hours out of the day, but still seems like a sub-par situation to me.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful and don't explain things in another language, were able to answer every question and take the time talking to you in the shop or by telephone,
pets for sale are very clean and healthy. and staff ensure that they go to the right home.
Highly recommended for pet owners.

I have often visited Peacehaven Pets Corner and have always been very impressed with their product knowledge and expertise in all areas . The staff are always very polite and they are always very professional. The manager Emma is very competent and always extremely helpful. My dog is extremely nervous but the staff are amazing with her and always make a fuss of her and give her a biscuit. I do not live in Peacehaven but i always try and support this store . Many thanks to all the staff and keep up the good work.

Fab shop I come in all the time for dog food, normally served by Rosie who really knows her stuff and is a credit to the shop will do anything to help me out and the new managers Jamie and tom I think his name is are top blokes exactly the kind of people that shop needed always having a laugh and working hard Really nice shop always a great experience and it just keeps getting better and better each week

I would recommend pets corner Peacehaven to all my friends and family. the range of products are great value for money. My son recently bought a hamster from here and the staff were amazing especially emma and answered all our questions relating to the care of the hamster... I go to Pets Corner in Peacehaven so much that when I attempt to walk Nelly, my 20 month old labradoodle, past the store without going in she behaves like a donkey, digs her heels in and refuses to budge, unless we go in of course. Embarrassing as this is ( because no doubt I should have trained her better than that), it is a sign of how much she loves the shop, including the staff, especially Shara, Emma, Laura and Rosie who are all so friendly, helpful and lovely. In fact after another wet and windy winter walk on the clifftop it is a relief for me, not just Nelly, to go in and and receive some warmth and good humour from the aforementioned staff. Plus the frozen raw stuff is great for Nelly, even if on the way home she tries to hump my leg in an attempt to force me into letting her at it before we get home. Oh well, not Crufts material perhaps, but you gotta love her!

Waste of time..spent 10 minutes looking at the fish and decided which ones we want..went to get an assistant who said no fish are for sale as they've put a treatment in the water..
A sign on the front of the tanks would've helped..
