Ok...... so its a multinational corporation that is steam rolling over the small independent retailer........ but...... there is a huge range of products,the staff are amazing and attentive, they always greet you with a smile, and they seem to know what they are talking about! Its incredibly easy to park, and the store is laid out well. So If you want to get the feeling of the small independent retailer, without actually going to one, this is the place for you.

Well stocked. Friendly, knowledgeable staff helped me with a harness/lead combination for a large, strong dog. Went with staff recommended "Canny Collar" which is just brilliant. Very glad I went to the shop instead of buying online.

That describes my recent visit to Pets Corner in just a few words. All the staff are lovely but Victoria P and Sophie H went above and beyond with advice for my puppy. Their knowledge was very impressive and they were so very polite, professional and really welcomed me and my puppy Charlie to the shop. Pets Corner Uckfield is now my go to place for any animal products and advice. Will recommend to friends and family!

I really like Pets Corner. The staff are lovely and are always helpful, friendly and approachable. They are clearly well trained in the products and they clearly are animal lovers. In an age of poor customer service this shop stands out and is a pleasure to visit with or without my dog. The only reason that it has four stars is that it is a little expensive, but then... You pay for what you get and to reiterate, the service is excellent and the produce is to quality

The ( mostly very young) staff in this store are a credit to themselves and their company. They are unfailing polite and helpful ( I've never had to ask for help carrying a sack out to the car, it's always offered immediately) , obviously love their job, always ready to chat if you want .They are, just as importantly very knowledgeable about not only their products but also small animal care.
They show its a myth that a big store has to be impersonal

We have been attending puppy morning at your Uckfield store for the past 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoy it, and so does our puppy. Since September last year we have been going most Saturdays to the Uckfield branch for their Puppy Hour where “Belle” can socialise with other puppies. We have always found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable with all the owners (and dogs!) that have attended. The 10% discount is also much appreciated!

Always love coming here. My dogs fav place on earth. Everything from run of the mill pet supplies. To assortment of the more exotic. Small animals from mice, to rabbits. Accessories for all. Sindys ideal world would be to live there & guard every scrape of food, so no other animal could have some! Lol. Oh ; the staff are pretty damn nice. Don't know what rodeos were when I asked for them tho. Tut tut girls. Minus a few points for that. But still 5 stars.

I came in to pets corner last Friday for the first time with my dog. I was warmly greeted by the girls in store and my dog made a huge fuss of. Whilst talking to the girls I explained that he had stiff joints and that the vets said that he needed to lose some weight. One of the girls ( I believe her name was Amanda) told me about a health club that was run in store and also went through some nutritional advice with me. I had never realised before what I was actually feeding my dog. Her knowledge was excellent and after taking the time out to speak to me I bought a recommended food. I am extremely pleased with the sevice that I received and will defiantly be a retuning customer.
