It’s always a pleasure shopping at Pets Corner - Preston Park. The staff are super friendly and give great advice. They’ve helped us to understand which chews are best for puppies and which harness would be best for a growing puppy. They even looked after Ralph so we could get our shopping done. The store has an excellent selection of natural food and treats and I love that we can weigh Ralph every time we come in.

You'd think a pet store would sell basic cat food! Nope! And the Dreamies cat treats are OVER TWICE THE PRICE of anywhere else! Disgraceful! And £5 for a toy mouse on a string?? Overpriced rubbish! Awful!

Has a good range of items to choose from for most family pets including birds, gerbils, cats, rabbits and dogs.
You cant buy animals here but you can get pretty much everything they need to be well cared for.
The shop has a hand gel station which must be used on the way in.
Pets corner products can also be ordered online with next day delivery if you order before 2pm, i have just used this service due to the new lockdown so i dont have to go out.
The staff at this branch are happy, helpfull and friendly.
Pets are welcome in store too.

I adore the staff and the help and advice they provide. It's very special to find such a fine bunch of people to have the same motivation, so whoever is working that day or time you go, it's the same welcome and helpfulness and good humour. Everyone is always keen to help and then have a chat and a laugh. I feel getting my pet supplies here is like popping into a 'local' shop and it makes me feel good that they don't make me feel sad or mad if my pet is off his food or needs something or I go in to oblige him by buying something! The manager is lovely. The area manager, dreadful person, letting his staff off early. ;-)

Lots of treats for various pets. I also bought my hamster there who is doing very well a year on. Often pop in for new treats and toys. If you're after a small pet, it's worth contacting to find out when they will be available as often not many available. Make sure their new hons is ready first as you need to provide evidence of this.

Great pet shop with lots to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. Shared parking with Sainsbury's shop which is great. Lots of dog treats, chews and bones to choose from. There is also a dog groomers concession inside the shop (Dogwood) which is very good. Recommended

Always well stocked, tidy and cheerful staff go out of their way to make sure you find everything you are looking for - as well as providing advice on products and services - makes my kitty very happy indeed! They've recently had a refit to include a dog grooming salon that looks really nice.

Great place with friendly and helpful staff who really care about animals. They offer a good range of supplies and equipment for cats, dogs, birds, fish and various scaly things at reasonable prices. They do sell a small range of rabbits, Guinea pigs and hamsters and seem to be very conscientious about how and when they're sold.

We were here yesterday.
I will always go here for pet advice and support. Friendly affordable no quibble refund. I have a difficult cat and this store and staff helped me find the perfect litter so no more accidents inside. Very fussy cat.
Rescued Satffy who's so strong do went here for each fitting of harness as he has grown.
The only pet store in our eyes !! 10 stars.

Really relaxed and helpful staff. Over the last couple of years they have all taken an interest in our traumatised adopted dog and one of her bits of training around people involves coming in. Recently two of the regular women in there actually watched her while I had to pop next door. It was really lovely of them and just shows what an interest they take in their customers! Lovely
