Staff are attentive and kind. Great selection of pet accessories, toys and foods. They even have a bird section which is what causes me to come back over and over again.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Ordered online and it was ready the next day. I needed to exchange for a smaller size and they made it easy and they really wanted to help. I was also recommended an excellent brush. There is a brilliant variety of pet products here. Including a range of rainbow leads to indicate dog behaviour when walking. It rare to find a shop with friendly competent staff and shopping here was a pleasure.

Store is so well designed and colour coordinated, Everything is where it should be and if they don't have it in stock they are able to call the another stores and tell you if the item is in stock or not.
Some pet stores are lazy or do not care enough about their customers. Pets corner isn't one of these pet stores.

Love this place! Newt thinks it's his shop!! Always have a treat ready for him staff are friendly and helpful only downside I can never walk past without Newt dragging me in my first stop for any dog or cat products can't reccomend highly enough

I would just like to thank Hove Pets Corner for their excellent service. It is more than just a pet shop promoting and selling goods. It is an integral part of the community. Every time I walk anywhere near George Street my aged Weimaraner wants me to visit the shop. The staff are excellent and always have time to say hi. Their advice for his joint problems has been excellent. As a retired teacher and well travelled person I value the quality of service with the knowledge of what's being served. I feel absolutely confident with the excellent staff at Hove Pets Corner.

One of the highlights of my week is popping in to see the girls in the shop and collect food for my dog. They always make me feel so welcome and we have a great laugh. They have also been great when my dog had a moulting problem to show me furminators and which foods are better for my dog-happy customer and dog here :)

I have visited and bought many items for my puppy from the store in Hove and each time I have been to the shop the staff have been very friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. They are always happy to help and offer advice. I also took part in the pooches on the prom in Hove this year for the Marletts Hospice (the event was sponsored by Pets Corner) and it was very well organised and fun event for a fantastic charity.

Sadly I have not had a good experience in this shop, abrupt, non smiling staff, stood by till to pay for an item. and they were just chatting to each other. Advice incorrect. Altogether will not use again or recommend them

Awesome and ethical place, items are well priced and staff are very helpful. I really appreciate that animals aren’t kept on the “shop floor” and signs explain you cannot buy one without talking to staff about having the correct set up for said animal.
A great store, which clearly values animal welfare. I will definitely coming back.
