Though you get a 5 star for the amazing all round service of Zara and Pablo and the trash (inside joke) and Christiana is my angel of music!! Went in there for coffee and spent before discount over 100 pounds!!! Great upsell Christiana ????????????????

Went to h&b spoke to a female who didn't know what she was saying cramps what take I was suggested vitamin c and a pre workout tab for cramps in legs at night she mentioned she was fitness training for three months I mentioned magnesium she didn't know what it was speaking to her I had to explain twice I would ask she would say What what. Please train staff soon female who was covering for manger was really polite.Holland and Barrett staff with brown long hair not helpful got company one star

Dissatisfied with the attitude of the two girls selling goods at 20:00 pm today (June 28, 19) is not polite and disrespectful. I need to buy 6 bottles of supplements but out of stock. And I asked when the discount finish. they said they don't know, maybe today. I asked them if I could buy online, a girl said to me that you went to another store 20mins from here. The other girl said to me that she was talking to you. I repeat the question again and the girl told me that she said that before you go to another store 20mins from here. I check online and see I can buy online and I say thank you i can get from online and go. When I left, they said to me never come back here. I am a very regular here, but I received bad service. Really disappointed.

Friendly staff but limited selection of H&B supplements. Had to go to another shop to find what I wanted. Limited knowledge on supplements and on what they stock.

Went in for some manuka honey but didn’t really know what it was, the two staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgable about their products and I will definitely be coming back to this Holland and Barrett’s soon!
