I came to this store looking for advice about weight loss products. The lady who served me ( i think she was the manager, blonde lady) gave me honest advice about what was in each product and how they can (and also might not) aid weight loss as well as long term effects. Wonderfully friendly from the second i entered the store and we even bonded a musician that we both love. I dont usually shop in H&B, but for the fantastic service I received here I would definitely return if and when I'm in the area.

Normally shop here as have a good selection. However last time I visited was made to feel unwelcome, was searching for an item which turned out wasn't in stock. There's a woman that works here came and asked if I needed help (which I didn't mind), then pretended to sort shelves to spy on me. I notice she didn't do this with any of the older customers, and I was the only person of colour in the store. It's a shame as most other staff are lovely.

Blonde short hair female stop scratching the spots on your face its disgusting not professional your a manger I felt sick after being served by this person you was using your phone while you made mistakes serving which was not my fault also no bug bags its not nice being charged extra because of your mistakes having only small bags hopefully what I've written will be taken into consideration.

Tiny store and not one of my favourite branches of Holland & Barrett, but I will certainly shop here if I need a certain product in a hurry - say walnuts, plant-based supplements, or snacks.
