Really poor service from Hobbs. Ordered a dress online for my niece's wedding. Received the order confirmation with instructions that delivery would be 7 days & not to follow up before due to Covid-19. Heard nothing more. After 6 days I followed up. First by phone - waited at least 15 minutes and still on hold. Went to live chat - where I was informed my order had been cancelled as they couldn't locate the item. No email from them about this. I am really unhappy. Definitely won't be ordering or buying from Hobbs again.

Nice clothes. Shocking customer service. If there is a customer discount the staff don't apparently want it to give it to regular customers, charging full price at the till and hope you don't notice the discount has not been taken off.
