Straight in, staff very helpful and careful. Only downside was a lot of products seem to not be there at present and be warned there are no real shortcuts! Likely however, for customer safety.

Too much mix up in store display .
Found staff not very helpful. But must say clean and tidy. This time couldn't find what we wanted .

I can understand you charge £15 for delivery but CHARGING £10 FOR COLLECTION?? REALLY? On my £75 I spent today online you add 13.33% (£10) for me to make 25 miles to collect? I guess Ikea is the only store in the country to make you pay £10 collection fee. DISAPPOINTED.

I love IKEA everything is amazingly well designed and affordable I bought a £40 stool here, if I wanted something similar online it would have cost me £200.
IKEA will forever be one of my favorite retailers.

Bit crowded, lots of people sitting having a rest on display furniture. Self check out not issuing receipts without a colleague swiping their card. Some items without a price point on.

Great as always. Queues getting lengthy later in the day, but they are managing covid restrictions well.
Definitely gets a little too crowded for comfort in areas though, should probably have people to usher customers through if they loiter.
