Enlarged the store since last visit, expect a wait if it's click and collect or picked on site. Good service up for Covid just a pity that customers don't appreciate or comply with the current space rules. That's not a derogatory remark in IKEA's favour, just a eye witness remark on the ability of the public to follow guidelines.

This is a good ikea shop though currently being refurbished, so has a smaller restaurant than normal. Cheap cooked breakfast especially on a weekday, good food in general I like the meatballs and salmon. Always have nice furniture and useful bits!

Ok if a little busy as not many in the Midlands any more with the closure of Coventry, parking an issue.
On the upside you finish shopping on the ground floor unlike Coventry you would have used a lift to go back to the floor and waiting / cramming into the lift.

Car park layout is terrible, deaf ends and nowhere to turn around. Computers used to locate stock are touch screen and unresponsive. No mobile phone signal so you can't try and locate stock yourself online.
However, it is possible to lose many hours in here, so many nice shiny things!

Car park is a total nightmare, designed by a six year old in my opinion.
Massive queue for ikea, I've been in shorter queues for rides at Alton towers.
If you've got half a brain avoid this place at weekends - you'll find something else better to do than faff around at that place!

Poor. IKEA doesn't except returns on goods without the receipt anymore. All other own brand companies do! All products have a date and batch code and are tracked to the point of sale. Disgusting service

Always good, with everything you can think of for the household, plus the meatballs for lunch is a must. Just make sure you book a time as you walk in the store,due to Covid-19 and distancing they don't accept walk in diners.
