Great shop, the clothes are a very good quality and there own branded aftershave and perfume are very nice. The home side is also nice especially when Christmas is coming up they decorate it brilliant.

This must be the best Next store around.
It is a good big space and has loads of stock.
The display, amount of range and numbers of staff around is the most customer friendly I have seen in a while.
Definitely worth travelling to.

Each space is decorated with a fantastic range of items to capture your eyes. Something for everyone. And when you've done looking around there's a pleasant cafe upstairs. Plenty of parking as it uses the huge parking range of IKEA and other relevant shops.

I'm dubious of the quality of most next goods (clothing and home) as most stuff looks nice but falls to pieces almost instantly..... however quality of merchandise aside, this shop is really nice and the staff (FAF) happy to refund my pretty but naff curtains.

I shopped online and purchased some curtains using the click and collect service. Despite spending £50 I still had to pay for delivery or collect in person which I was quite annoyed about but we had a £30 gift card that was due to expire.
I attended the store and looked for a sign to tell me where the click and collect desk was as there were no instructions on the email.
I assumed it would be the Homeware Department so headed to that desk. I waited 25 minutes at the desk but the one member of staff was stuck with another customer who wanted to know everything about the beds they sold. The member of staff saw me stood waiting but didnt attempt to get anyone else to serve me, though in fairness there wasnt anyone else around.
I searched for another member of staff on the department but there was no one. One Male member of staff came near to the Homeware desk to a trolley of returns but when I called out to him to get his attention he ran away.
I continued to wait as I'd drive quite a distance and really needed the curtains. Eventually a member of staff came to the desk and offered to assist me. I explained why i was there e.g. for curtains from the click and collect service. He informed me that for this service I needed to attend the Menswear desk...???
This makes no sense at all...
I went to this desk, stood waiting again due to there being no member of staff on the department apartment from one chap to was wandering around on the phone complaining about staffing levels and the rubbish ordering systems they have (something I'd have to agree with).
Eventually someone arrive to serve me, the lady offered to get the curtains I'd ordered but stayed she would have ti get them from the Homeware desk as they where they were kept!!!
Again I had to wait... (Not her fault I know).
I will never shop at your stupid store again. What a joke. It's clear to see why companies like Amazon are killing the Highstreet when stores like this are so poorly run, or have the cheek to charge another £5 for delivery when you've already spent £50. Click and collect is meant to be quick and convenient.
If it wasnt for the gift card I would have shopped elsewhere.
Tip - Hire more staff, Put some signage up, and dont be stingy on free delivery.
