after purchasing a games console,it as not what it said on the box .and very inferior quality.returned next day only to be told.could not have my cash and was isssued a credit note,,yet policy on here said i could now in the hands of trading standards as cash converters ignored all my correspondance as goods were brand should be intitled to full refund..still waiting for reply 10 days now

My visit to the Loughborough store on the 03/03/21 was nothing less then spot on!!! I felt the service I had received from ur colleagues Nathan & James was extremely helpful & they went above & beyond to help me out with a technical issue I was having on my device & they were efficient & I have to say a credit to the company to which I feel they should be acknowledged & credited for the service they delivered!!!

I pop in store with my wife and have brought several watches in the past. This shop has some fantastic offers. I normally check online before I pop down. Brendan normally gives me the heads up when they have something decent come into the shop. I feel he goes above and beyond for me. Great lad.

Firstly I'd like to say this shop has certainly came on for the good from a couple of years ago when it looked like it was being ran into the ground. Best second hand shop in Loughborough. The lads in there are great the one who has been there for ever and the buying lad always very cheerful. Also I'm only giving 3 stars as there needs to be more bling in the window. Why is there no big gold chains or decent rings anymore needs sorting

Purchased a Yamaha Amplifier from this a few months ago. Gamble on quality/reliability when buying from this store; make sure you keep hold of your receipt if you purchase anything from here.
When I was deciding on buying the amplifier I was unsure about purchasing it due to being unconfident about buying electronics in second-hand condition.
One of the staff members who was serving me at the time put me what I thought was at ease when she told me that all their electronics had been tested properly and working. The amplifier had been PAT tested so at least I knew it wouldn't blow up on me. But when I connected the amplifier up to my speaker system, the sound it produced was certainly not music to the ears.
I returned the amplifier the day after. I spoke to the manager about the amplifier clearly being faulty. He hooked up the amplifier to a pair of speakers in store to test it. The sound produced by the faulty amplifier sounded like listening to music underwater (on both my KEF speakers and the in store speakers). Still the manager insisted there was nothing wrong with it but he'll "issue a refund anyway". The manager's customer service was very poor and rude. I asked him "why are you selling something so obviously faulty?" to which he moodily responded "I'm giving you the refund aren't I?!"
This is disappointing as years ago I used to buy PS3 games at the store with no issues and was a fairly frequent customer. For audio I'd advise ordering from a trusted Ebay seller or from a trusting Audio store such as Richer Sounds if you're willing to pay a bit more.

Very nice place with lovely staff. 1 member standing out the most for me, Brendan, always gives a very good service and will answer any questions I have. Forever walking round with a smile on his face. Would recommended this shop to all friends and family.

This shop is the best shop to find collectables now. I pop in now n then to see what they have I really love it when they have retro gaming items. I usually get great customer service however Brendan is the one who stands out over the rest he clearly likes his gaming as well we always have a chat about any retro games we have played

Went into store on Saturday and had fantastic service from the entire staff.
Brendan was amazing with how he listened to what I needed and showed me relevant items and had some good product knowledge on items I was inquiring about. Great service, good smiles, staff was lovely. - Will be visiting again.

Getting annoyed now I go into this shop regularly but staff just keep asking for google reviews I am more than happy to give one when I feel its not just for show. The shop is falling apart cupboards and serving desk broken, paintwork flaking away. Normally I get great service from staff but come on stop forcing it on me

Been coming to this store for years on market days. I travel from Leicester. Always go round the market then pop in to the store. Brendan seems to never leave he is always so polite and helpful. When I pop in he tells me what watches he has in as he knows I'm very fond of my watches. Credit were credit is due. Well done brendan

Don't bother unless you're absolutely desparate... Try eBay before you sink to they're level .....
Don't be fooled by the fake reviews on here either. They ask you to give a good one for a financial incentive !!!!!
There's also been a sudden influx of reviews on here which only goes to prove they are a bunch of crooks at the Loughborough franchise.
