Very Rude & NO RESPECT for customers! DON'T use Bass Bin if you want honest service - he will use every opportunity to mislead you and look at ways to make you spend money where its not needed.
Vijay the owner is not worthy of running a business and will be reported and hopefully fully investigated by Trading standards. Take a moment to read his other negative reviews, you will see others have all said the same thing. Such a shame but when you get crooks like this - they need to be named and shamed!!

Absolute brilliant experience from beginning to the end ! This is my first time using The Bass Bin and I am very pleased with the service! From when I initially rang to enquire about fitting a subwoofer into my 2015 1 series, TJ was very professional and helpful and booked me in on my day off which was pretty much the next day. Unfortunately my subwoofer was faulty so he done me a brilliant deal on a px for my old subwoofer to a brand new JL Audio subwoofer. The fitting is very neat and tidy and you cannot see any wires anywhere. Thank you so much ! And I will be defiantly using the bass bin again and recommending them to my friends and family!! - Manny Singh

I came to the Bass Bin to get a Sub fitted into my 6 month old car, The guy fitted it pretty quickly and did a tidy job.
I did have to come back due to a problem with one of the car speakers, he came out and helped me work out a solution. In the end, I fixed the problem and everything was working fine.
Would recommend if you need a bit of bass, there are lots of Subs, Amps and Car Stereo equipment in the shop to choose from.

had a stereo fitted was told it’d cost £50 on the phone upon fitting they charged me £80, because they needed an extra connector they say. On top of that the stereo kept turning off, I bought this up and they assured they’d fitted it properly and wouldn’t take blame. So I took to another car audio place and they discovered done a bodge job on the ignition live. So would not recommend place to anyone!

OK - The guy was pretty courteous. But, i kind of felt he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes (hence the 1 star). I STRONGLY suggest you do your research, 10+ shops before coming here. You will find cheaper else where! Make MAKE sure, you understand what they charge. For example. Oh yeah, £100 for fitting. That doesnt include, facia, cables etc. That alone costs £100+.

Wouldn't bother. The guy thinks he's clued up but he's got another lad doing all the fitting. If it isn't straight forward he hasn't got a clue. Thought I'd want a screen fitted with no radio. Because that makes sense doesn't it.
Wanted £150 to plug a lead in just to power the screen. Within 10 minutes of leaving I've got it booked elsewhere and they're fully capable of fitting everything with a working radio.
Guys a prat with an attitude problem and thinks I'm gonna stand there and listen to his absolute waffle and give him £150 to look at screen with no radio.

Really helpful when i was looking for a system for my car. They know what worked without spending silly money. They demonstrated some speakers on there stand. They sounded great so they fitted them in my car and done me a good deal. I was quoted more than double from a different shop! Overall brilliant prices and very good service. This is the place!!!!!.I went in not knowing what I needed VJ was great didn’t give it the hard sell gave me a few options and talked me through the rest. I do all my own installs for little bits to save money but he made sure I knew what I was doing. Top bloke knows his stuff 100% going there again.

Phoned for a quote to fit a stereo from themselves. He asked make and model was quoted 29.99 to fit and then pay for harness and stereo and fascia. When I turned up, all the prices increased including the advertised prices for the stereos. He now wanted £69.99 to just fit. Went to Halfords and got the same stereo supplied and fitted with extras for £99.
The stuff they have advertised online aren't available in their store.

A speaker upgrade was long overdue in my car so I decided to visit Bass Bin because they promised the work will be completed within a few hours, and thankfully it was.
Vijay was extreme professional and knowledgeable during the demonstrations - we tried several subs out with various materials to ensure it suits my needs. The price was competitive and the vehicle was returned in the same condition I left it.

Quick and efficient. They were happy to install the cheap and cheerful Chinese radio, which I had bought on eBay, into my Ford Galaxy and managed to get all the features working (reversing camera, satnav, etc). I am very pleased with the outcome.

Amazing place after struggling to find someone who knows what he's doing I can across this place and do not regret it, phoned them on a Saturday and said they could fit it in the same day, would only take a few hours and boy was it worth it. Sound system is amazing and at a great price. Talks to you like he's your mate defo going to be coming back here again as money well spent!
