Bad service very bad attitude shown by worker totally ignored what customer has to say replied with a very bad attitude like he didn't care if you went. Showed no interest as he was constantly texting and talking to his friend at the door. The owner of this business needs to educate and teach this person on how to give customer service.. WOULD ADVICE TO ALL TO STAY AWAY AS HE WASTED MY TINE by not showing any interest in doing the job. Person in question was working on 15th August so the owner will know who this rude person was

DO NOT GO HERE. Firstly I never write reviews but honestly baffled by the great reviews, obviously the owner begged his friends and family to write good reviews, funny what a couple slices of pizza can make people do! Before I had my audio system installed, I had seen the negative reviews and took it with a grain of salt. After having my PRE-LOADED subwoofer(very easy to install, clearly not for the owner)and amp installed, I could smell burning quite often and my amp stopped working 3 weeks after. This was a JL amp, nothing cheap so that isn't the reason. I don't speak ill of the handicapped but the owner is CLUELESS, and said it was my fault, even offered one of his cheap vibe amps for double the price. Very expensive for amateur jobs, cant charge Gucci prices for Primark quality of work(Sorry Primark!), a joke! The fool of a installer grounded the amp to a car bolt when it should be grounded to the chassis point( if he knows what that is!) ,Maybe he should be grounded from installs too!!!

Liars. They lie about their stuff. Needed my car head light to be fixed, took my car there. First they were saying the bulbs need changing, they changed the bulb but it wasn't working then they said there is internal electric fault in the car.
I took my car to another garage they just put the right bulbs and everything was working fine. I went back to BASS HOUSE to return the bulbs because the fault was in their bulbs but they won't return them regardless the fact that the lady agreed to take return if the fault was not internal. I showed them everything on their own CCTV and they could see that when I was leaving their shop the lights were not working. (I have copy of the CCTV recording, which I am going to put on youtube soon to show the world how big liars they are). I have already lodged a complaint to trading standards, hopefully some action will be taken soon against liars.
They sold me £5 bulb for £25 (Paid £50 for two).
I will strongly suggest no to use BASS HOUSE for any work.

Poor fitting, customer service and aftercare. Wasn't happy with the loud hiss left after fitting, which basshouse pretended was the fault of my engine transmitting electrical noise. Later discovered it was actually the amp they fitted, which they refused to take back within a week of fitting and claimed I was being too pedantic. Have since replaced the cheap vibe amps they are trying to shift there. Also found that wiring has been incorrectly done, seems they were incapable of correctly bypassing factory amp to reroute audio to the new amp and simply tapped into the factory amp output, meaning audio was amplified twice! Head unit audio controls (balance, fade etc) rendered useless as, without going into too much detail, they failed to route the correct audio wires to the amp and some had just been left disconnected with copper exposed. Was also left with left side louder than right which by this point was no surprise. Had to rewire myself to correct, ironic as I went to basshouse to save myself a job. Don't go here if you want a pain-free process and hi-fidelity audio, wish I'd read the rest of the reviews on here before I went to basshouse. Recommend ksa electrical in Bordesley Green or one of the hockley/jewellery quarter lads

I have phoned this business twice to enquirer about 2 seperate jobs on both occasions the same lady who answered the phone was rude and sarcastic. So i went and spent my money where they actually look after the customer. Very very dissapointed customer..'
