Fantastic service, friendly and very professional. Just had my tow bar wiring upgraded form a single 7 pin socket to the new 13 pin at home this morning and they arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommended Mobile Solutions.

Took my car which I'd only had two days for a tow bar to be fitted. After 1/2 HR I got a call to say the tow bar they had was the wrong variant for my car so they couldn't fit it and the correct tow bar was not available. Went back to collect my car only to find a deep scratch on the rear which they would take no responsibility for, it wasn't them. However I'd only had the car two days and it was immaculate when I picked it up and hadn't left it unattended. Don't use this company, very unprofessional. I got a competitive quote for the tow bar but ended up with nothing and a bill for the repair !!

Absolutely first class service. Transferred a dash cam from my old car to my new one. Went to the garage I had sold it too to remove it and fitted in my new one the same day. All in all a very pleasant experience with pleasant and courteous staff and would definitely recommend mobile solutions and will definitely recommend them to anyone . Thank you

Very careful about which firms touch my van, in fact OCD . looked round the van after having a tow bar fitted not a mark exactly how l dropped it off. very good fitting price and good service JOB DONE right :)

Excellent service- very happy with tow bar and after care: fridge in caravan didn’t work when hooked up to car- Mobile Solutions had car back in to check- all was perfect. Sent a very helpful technician out to see car hooked up to caravan- found a fault in caravan which he fixed!

After speaking with mobile solutions today, I feel that they could have gone that one step further for a loyal customer but it seems not! I have used this company for over 5 years now to repair my company phones about 15 separate repairs. The service i have had in the past as been as expected. But the last time i had a repair to an iPhone 6 i found the service very poor indeed, as i had to return the phone on 4 separate occasions which i believe is far to many mistakes not to have checked before handing the device back to me saying it was working fine now. I would have thought as a loyal customer they might repair another cracked screen at no cost as a good will gesture for the amount of times i had to return to the shop. But the best was to offer a 50% reduction on the £50 cost for the new repair. Thanks Chris

Had problems with my Xperia Z1 compact. Had battery replaced by MS and was fine. Then I broke the screen. I supplied replacement and this too was broken when being fitted by Mobile Solutions who immediately accepted responsibility without being asked and took it upon themselves to replace and fit a new replacement screen at their expense. Can't beat that for customer care and company integrity.
