I found Andrew's to be very patient and helpful when it came to explaining the different packages on offer. The communications via email were clear and very helpful. Further conversation and reviews of his past work only solidified confidence in his craft. Having reviewed all the options I took my brand new car to Andrew for a new car treatment which included coatings to be applied to the wheels and interior, paint correction and PPF to be installed.
The end result was stunning. It was perfect at a glance but upon further inspection there were some edges of the PPF that I wasn't quite pleased with. Bear in mind this will differ from vehicle to vehicle and much of it has to do with the templates available but Andrew has already assured me that the car would be due back in a few weeks for further inspection after allowing the film to settle for a while. The vehicle was dropped off and the imperfections were corrected. Andrew also assured me that I must contact him should any other issues arise with regards to the film. Andrew has also been very generous in sharing his knowledge when it came to regular maintenance of the vehicle and I plan to return to Andrew for a yearly detail.
The attention to detail and aftercare is exceptional and I have no problems recommending Bellissimoto to anyone who is looking to have their vehicles detailed.

It was my first time getting the car detailed and I can't recommend Bellissimoto enough! You can really tell Andrew has a passion for his craft and it really shows in his work. He was very informative every step of the way, explaining all the procedures and answering all questions I had to ask. The car now has a deep lustrous shine and looks amazing! I was always a bit dubious about wraps, PPF and ceramic coatings - not any more!
The finish is like glass and I couldn’t be happier.
Andrew and team have done a fantastic job and from first contact were incredibly professional.
When I collected my QV from the Alfa Dealership just before Xmas, I was really disappointed with the finish on the metallic paintwork. In my layman’s language - pixelated and really dotty.
It felt churlish to be unhappy about being in such a privileged position and being able to drive such an amazing car - but it really didn’t look like I expected. Simply didn’t take my breath away.
I explained that to Andrew on the phone and he completely got it. He talked me through the options available to address what I wasn’t happy about - never playing on my ignorance or trying to upsell.
I went for PPF on the front bumper. Ultra serum, interior protection, wheels package and perhaps most impressively the new car correction package. I still find it frustrating I’ve needed to pay extra to get my Alfa to look like it should have done on collection - but that’s why Andrew is in business.
And he truly excels at it.

There are a number of teams out there that can provide a fantastic detailing package for your cherished vehicle, Bellissimoto aren't one.. They are exceptional!
The finish on my DB9 made me feel like a child, when I first got close to a breathtaking vehicle; where we all started. Their attention to detail and the outcome from the ceramic coating took me back to that place. The excitement, the almost disbelief in the metamorphic change is truly breathtaking. Andrew uses words like 'different level' and prior to seeing the completed results on my car I would have dismissed the phrase sceptically as a sales pitch... This is far from the truth, a different level in finish is where your vehicle will sit after they have applied their magic.
Additionally, I must say that Andrews professionalism and enthusiasm in dealing with me, the customer, was as skillful as the labours of their work. Even when I was concerned about aspects of the service ( I get a little over stressed from time to time..), he calmly and confidently assured me throughout the process (in retrospect, due to his confidence in how his work will look once completed).
Andrew(and team), thank you for returning me back to that happy place of my youth, where I get goosebumps at what you've done to my pride and joy. It makes me smile every day, like how all car enthusiast should.

I contacted the team at Bellissimoto about applying a ceramic paint protection ahead of taking delivery of my new Mercedes E Class.
Andrew and his team were professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest. I knew my car would be in safe hands and the results would be far superior to the services offered by the main dealer.

This is my first ever experiment with ceramic coating, so I won't be able to comment on how long it lasts or whether it's worth the money. All I can say is that it looks and feels amazing and smooth, and the dirt just won't stick to it. Looking forward to updating my review in a few years time to reflect more on how it holds. As for my whole experience with Bellissimoto—it's been great. Andrew and his team take a great pride in what they do and they're aiming to do the job to the absolutely highest standard with a great deal of attention to details and respect to your car.

I rarely/never post online reviews but felt compelled to after a great experience at Bellissimoto. Andrew is a consumate pro and also fantastic to deal with. My car had been used as intended for 10 years and as a result was a stone-chipped mess when I turned up - Andrew and his team handled a comprehensive respray + 4-wheel refurb + PPF installation with ease and were a pleasure to work with along the way. They even went the extra mile and stored the car for a few weeks when I got stuck abroad due to COVID. The finished product (when I finally saw it) was better than new. Trust me, no matter how obsessed / OCD you are with your car, Andrew will be more so. The value was better than I was quoted elsewhere as well. This place is a gem, will come back!

Andrew is a true professional. During these unprecedented times getting my new car detailed was made a breeze by the service offered. There was an issue with my paintwork and I was kept informed all the way. Andrew sent me a photo which went to the main dealer and he used their explanation tp remove the blemish. Top service! The car is now back and it is stunning running the back of your hand over the bodywork feels like silk. Thoroughly recommended get your car protected here not at the delaership.

Super happy with the outcome and wonderful service. My booking in of my new Taycan was delayed at the last minute in March by a few months, but once the car was delivered was able to get back in promptly. Over the last five years I’ve taken my cars to Andrew at Bellissimoto to have them coated in Crystal Serum and prepared for the rigours of high mileage; dead flies and lots of dirt - the result is a car coated in an invisible film that even after several years of use (18,000 miles a year or more) looks immaculate after a “maintenance wash” - I can only recommend them highly - helpful, knowledgeable and competent. The best car detailer to go to in London. Any complaints are unjustified.

Like some of the other reviews on here, I was a first time customer at Bellissimoto and the reviews don't do it justice, should be six stars. I took in my 2021 Audi S8 just after delivery, and from start to finish, the entire experience with Andrew was flawless. After being disappointed with the Audi dealer when the car was delivered with multiple hairline scratches, when Andrew was done with the car after 48 hours, it was better than new. No one that I've come across over 20 years in this business comes close to the work ethic and detail orientated mentality that Andrew delivers. The finished S8 with Gtechniq CSU Black and Total Surface Protection was just immaculate. And on what Andrew executes on, pricing is an absolute bargain - and this doesn't count in the peace of mind (which is pricesless!). I have another cherished vehicle that I will be asking Andrew to fix up for me in 2021. Thanks again Andrew, you are a gem for all of us drivers in the UK that care about our cars!

I recently purchased an i3 to commute 150 miles up and down the M1 three times a week so needed to protect the i3 as much as possible and to enable easy cleaning and maintenance. Reached out to Bellissimoto for help.
Andrew @ Bellissimoto did a fantastic work on the i3. Single stage paint correction followed by ceramic coating and 2 applications of hydrophobic coating! (The interior and wheels were also protected at this time.) The i3 has never looked better.
Bellissimoto is simply passionate about making cars (and bikes) look awesome. Doesn't matter if the car is an Aston Martin DBS Superleggera or my humble i3. Customers are treated really well regardless. Communication was great throughout. Dedication to customer service is exemplary as Andrew came in specially on an Easter Weekend to walk me through his work at 8am. It is plain to see the amazing results of his dedication to his work and his customer obsession.
So, if you are in the London area and you're keen to protect your car or bike, I would strongly recommend Bellissimoto.

I recently bought an Alfa Romeo 4C and after having a previous car fitted with PPF and Ceramic coated I decided I would like the 4C done too. After talking to Andrew at Bellissimoto I decided to have the old
Paint Protection Film removed, wheels refurbished, Paint correction , New Paint protection film and Ceramic coating applied to the bodywork, Wheels and Calipers of my Alfa Romeo 4Ccarried out at Bellissimoto.
Unfortunately during removal of the old film some of the paint on the front bumper came away due to a poor previous repair. Andrew had the unenviable job of calling me to let me know but I was dealt with in a very kind and professional manner. He recommend a paint shop for me and so I decided to go ahead with his recommendation. The respray was faultless.
On collection of the car I was blown away by the quality of workmanship. Sadly I had to drive home in the rain but today I cleaned the car so have had chance to admire the work fully.
I chose Bellissimoto as I was impressed by Andrew and his Teams enthusiasm to work on my car and I am so glad I did. The attention to detail and quality of the work was superb. Oh and the Coffee on arrival and collection was good too.

My decision to use Bellissimoto came after I spoke to Andrew on the phone. Before even reviewing his work, I could hear how passionate and OCD he was about detailing and knew I'd be in safe hands, that he would do a fantastic job.

I was not at all disappointed, as the car looked incredible when I went back to pick it up. I had both PPF and ceramic coating applied and the car looked even better than when I picked it up at the dealership.

What an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with Andrew and the staff at Bellissimoto.
I knew I was dealing with top professionals from the recommendations I’d received.
My car was due to go in for Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Coating when Covid-19 struck. Because of medical conditions I was one of the many people shielding and therefore unable to take the car into their studio. Andrew to the rescue, he knew how keen I was to have the work carried out and offered to come and collect the car. Not only did he collect it but returned a few days later for me to inspect the PPF work before adding the Ceramic Coating.
The work was absolutely spot on. His eye for detail is superb and is verified by the number of beautiful cars people have entrusted him with. The aftercare has been really appreciated too, with Andrew adding the personal touch with follow up emails checking on both my and the cars progress. I can’t help feeling I would have missed out on this great customer service had I gone somewhere else!
It is incredibly rare these days to find the perfect
mix of modern craftsmanship with old style service.

The attention to detail is fantastic, and having covered nearly 50,000 miles in my previous car I can say first hand that it is money VERY well spent. Had my 2006 RS4 detailed at Bellissimoto in September 2019 following a friend’s recommendation, and I was not disappointed. Andrew the business owner is super engaged and will walk you through your options without pressure, and the workmanship is of a very high standard. My expectations were realistic given the car is 12 years old and has been driven, but I was very pleased with the results. Have waited until now to review as I wanted to see how the Gtechnic crystal serum ultra held up after a few months and so far the signs are good – cleaning is very easy, and the finish should last plenty longer with the occasional top up of Gtechnic C2. Bellissimoto’s location (Bermondsey, London) is very handy, and they were able to handle a full four-wheel refurb through their partner Lepsons at the same time. All in all, very happy indeed.

Just picked up my motorbike (VFR800 2018 Red) and wow, everyone has commented on how it looks like showroom condition after I'd already done some aggressive 1100 miles on it. But I must add, it looks way better than showroom condition.
Good job and a real passion by Andrew and his team. I'm sure intricate surfaces and corners on the motorbike were not easy at all.
