Was really happy with the entire experience from booking through to receiving my car back. Was very professional and the car was better than brand new, booked the sapphire service. Brought my car over to PAGANI LDN to get a ceramic coating done as part of their PAGANI package. From the very moment I dropped my car off I was impressed with their customer service and their facilities, they have a waiting room for customers who wish to stay and watch their car being cleaned, as for myself I dropped my car off as it was going to take 1 day for the ceramic coating to cure and settle on the car as an extra layer of protection on the paint. I was always informed and updated throughout that time by the many videos they have sent me of the quality of work being carried out on my car and when I went to pick it up, I could see how great their work is as my car was gleaming both in and out, I would say better than showroom quality and will be going down their again to get my maintenance washes. I came in today with my 118i. The car was really dusty and dirty. Pagani managed to bring my car back to life, by making it look like it just came out of the showroom. They deep cleaned my car in the exterior and interior. Put a nice smell in my car too. felt like a brand new car!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any detailing needs for their vehicle. They’ll leave you smiling by the end of it. trust me on that one!!! Pagani is the way!
