He gave a detailed explanation about what's wrong with my car as well as providing me with details of who I need to contact.

Just purchased & had fitted a new Pioneer stereo to my VW T5. I also ask them to remove a factory fitted tachograph which didn't turn out to be straightforward. However they did a professional and complete job. I can't recommend them enough.

Had a problem with my c class Mercedes parking sensors. Got them to look into it and they found the problem with 1 front sensor . Gave me a very good quote and got work done. They even aligned the front bumper for me as it was a little out . At no extra cost. Great job and will use again. 5 stars.

Booked my car in for a tinted sunstrip, as it was hard to find someone to do it . Reasonable price and a couple of hours later, all was done. I have known about these guys for years and i have used them in the past. Workmanship great and also gave me some advice on another matter i had. Top marks.

I had tinted windows fitted, dropped the car off at 9am, clock came to about 3pm tried calling and the clown picking up the phone made out he couldn't hear me. Cut along story short he thought I was somebody else who's stereo he messed up. When I finally got my car back about 5pm the car bumper was scratched up to high heaven and he claimed the car was like that when I dropped it off. In short very unprofessional bunch...if you value your car do not take it there, never again.
Oh and another thing they do which they must think is funny is turn on the child lock on one of the passenger doors so you cannot get out of the car from the inside. Probably so you take it back for them to charge you for diagnostics. Well it's just as well I know how to turn the child lock off isn't it!..Muppets

I had front door speakers fitted through these guys 2 weeks ago. When I got the car back, they told me they had problems with my door card - the drivers door was damaged and not put back on properly which I knew about but the passenger door was put back together badly without them clipping on the door handle so it wouldn't open from inside. Thought they were supposed to know what they were doing? When I returned the next day to have this rectified, I was spoken down to by an older gentleman when I first asked for advice on video cables for the back of my stereo and then he accused me of tampering with my own passenger door which they had messed up!! Totally disgusting attitude and really patronising. They took the car to sort this and had it for at least 30 mins - I asked what they were doing and they said it takes ages to put a door card back on? After I left and drove away I realised that I had no bass coming from the sub. Pulled the car over and checked and they had removed the cable out the back of the stereo on purpose to get on my nerves. Guess that's what else they were doing! No way those could just "fall out" and I'm sure they had a nice little laugh to themselves as I drove off. I have never ever encountered such an unprofessional company with such a disgusting attitude - to the point I have felt compelled to write this review 2 weeks on because it has left that much of a bad impression on me. I would even rate HALFORDS over this company - that's how bad they are. Every customer that comes through your door should be respected not belittled. I regret taking my car here - so do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Had a a sub woofer and amp fitted in the boot of my convertible, asked for the amp to be fitted to the floor but they screwed it to the bulkhead which houses all the wires etc for the softtop, didn't complain I decided to live with the amp in the wrong place untill i tried to put my roof down recently on a nice day, nothing...not a sound totally no longer works, i now have to spend no doubt a ridiculous amount of money to get my roof diagnosed and repaired..cheer then
