I recently visited Michael Levin Jewellers to have some rings sized, whilst there I bought a ring. The ring was on the wrong colour gold band but I was advised that they could change it for me. The work has been carried out to an exceptional standard and I am really happy with the outcome. I have since had a stone replaced in my 40 year old engagement ring, again the work was brilliant. The service, advice and knowledge of the staff is second to none. Highly recommended!

Came here to buy an engagement ring, the staff took the time to fully explain what I should be looking for and answered all the questions I had, no other jewellers I visited (and there were many) came close to the level of personal service that were provided and the owner Mr Price was passionate and engaging. The ring I purchased was very well recieved and we couldn't be happier with the quality and future service that will be provided free of charge! I highly recommend!

I had my two carat diamond ring remodelled and Mr Levin did a brilliant jobs...I also want him to remodel another of my diamond rings..we discussed various options.....he is so pleasant, helpful and very competent at his jewellery skills...I can’t wait to see it completed in due course......my daughter also purchased her beautiful diamond and platinum solitaire engagement ring....they were so helpful.....she loves it...I cannot praise this long established jewellers enough ????

Have used Levins for 30 years!
Always very happy with their constant level of personal service.
After a recent visit I was left a little disappointed with what I thought had just become "main stream" customer service.
However! I could not have been further from the truth, they have proved that good old fashioned customer care is still at the forefront of the business.

My fiance's engagement ring was damaged beyond repair. They refused to accept accountability and lied about the damage. Showed the ring to several other jewellers who were all quick to identify how the damage had been done. Absolutely appalling.

My husband bought my antique milgraine set engagement ring and my stone set wedding ring from your Pelham street shop just over 30 years ago. It was our pearl wedding anniversary in January (we married in Bermuda). Last week my dear husband and best friend died.
I still have those lovely rings, both in perfect condition, to remember him by.

Fantastic customer service - I went in on Friday 23rd June to have my engagement ring cleaned and re-dipped as I was getting married on the Saturday. They said they would have it ready in a couple of hours. When I returned the ring was ready to collect, good as new! However, they told me that when they had gone to clean it, the fixing had completely fallen apart (it's an old ring)! They had done what would normally be 4-5 days work in 2 hours, as they knew I was getting married the following day, and only charged me for the clean. So kind of them, I will definitely be returning.

I am totally disappointed at the unprofessional, lack of customer care and service. After taking in 3 items to be valued and one ring sized change I have had nothing but problems. First, I was called to come and collect my ring, however when we got to the shop it hadn't been done - no apology but they did the resize within half an hour. Secondly, I spoke to two members of staff on two separate occasion to ensure that the valuations were on separate documents at no point did the staff members say this would be a further £70 valuation free. After going back into the store for a third time to ask about the valuation documents that had arrived I was told it was my fault for not giving a second postal address. It seems I should have known what information they required so it's my fault it was wrong. Not there fault for not asking for the right information or explaining how it all works. We chose Michael Levin Jewellers as we thought they were a reputable, professional Jewellers in Nottingham who pride themselves at customer care - not one apology. I would NOT recommend this Jewellers. I'm so dissapointed and upset, this should have been a proud moment as these we're items passed down two generations.What a RUDE MAN and what inexperienced staff !

The way you were offering to 'rectify' the problem was to recut, solder, rhodium plate and polish the ring. This would not rectify the problem only hide it until the plating wore off. It wasn't until we expressed our unhappiness that you offered to send it away to be laser cut properly. So why carry out an inadequate service on such a valuable item in the first place? As mentioned in store, you have had his ring twice and you failed to notice the flaws both times. As result we have lost confidence in your service and would not risk leaving it with you again. We will pay to take it to another local jewellers, who has admitted to having to correct your poor work for many years!
