I purchased my Rotary watch with this jewellers on the internet as I live in France and the jewellers here don't seem to sell this make they posted it and said delivery would be 4 to 5 days and it arrived bang on time I gave them 5 out of 5 stars as a result great service fully recommend

Do not use for repairs- they have ruined my ring and refuse to help try and restore it to the state that I left it with them in. The ring was $600 opal and rose gold and made to order from NY, I had it 3 months and the stone fell out but I found it and took it there as a friend had recommended it.
I gave it to them with the stone the correct way up and they glued it in upside after deciding themselves that it should go that way up. When I collected it I said it was upside down and they said it would take another day. When I went back I thought it was glue and just wanted it back, then I realised the (square) stone was badly scratched along all 4 sides and it was not glue. I phoned to complain and they told me to come in which I did, and they were so completely rude to me I am in shock. I was calm and polite and first they tried to say they couldn’t see anything, then that he didn’t do it deliberately, and then got angry with me- said there was nothing they could do, I needed a new stone and that I gave it to them in that condition (how on earth would I damage a stone in such a way). I am 40 and have never come across such horrible and disrespectful treatment in my entire life and will be taking this matter further. It has been very upsetting and I have wasted time traveling there 3 times when I have travelled to spend 7 days with my family over Christmas. I basically paid them to ruin my ring! I don’t know how they are still in business.

Absolutely first rate service here! Repaired the strap on my watch very quickly and was inexpensive! Really really impressed with the service and the price!
EDIT: Just got my watch back - Absolutely perfect! You cannot tell that the piece they fitted wasn't part of the original watch!
EDIT2: They have just replaced the other pin in my watch strap (someone else had fitted it) as it kept coming loose.
This shop never ceases to impress me! They are so helpful and such amazing value!

I was a bit nervous about going into a jewellers because I wanted to buy a ring and didn't know my size. The lady who served me was very kind and showed me different sizes to try on. It was a very positive experience. They had to resize the ring I chose, which was done very quickly and very well.
