You get what you want, when you want it. Suggest you look online first, to check the stock, fill in the slip, over to the desk and pay and wait a short time and the goods will be handed over. Simple as that.

Poor customer service from Mohammed, Took almost half an hour to process a refund. He didn't have a clue what to do and had to ask another staff member for assistance, even then he refunded the wrong amount and was adamant it was the right amount even after showing him on a calculator the amount was wrong. After all this i also had an order which was placed online and was ready for collection, he got that wrong too and gave me the order with a missing item. He tried to print the invoice three times by walking to the printer without even pressing print on the computer which i had to inform him he needs to press print before it can come out the printer! Extremely rude attitude towards a customer and no customer service skills at all! Wasted 30mins of my day which should have taken no longer than 5 minutes to process.

Store for all the DIY. Easy to find items via a catalogue and order via a manned cashier. Easy price structure to follow. Staff are not tradesman for installation so they have a limited knowledge on regulations and requirements. However the staff are very helpful in their effort to find an item to Your needs if not obvious in the Catalogue pages. Well laid out unit.

I called into this store at 8 AM today hoping to do a quick in and out job with my order. The staff here all look so miserable and do the bare minimum to serve you without being rude. I placed my order and waited approximately 10 minutes while watching other members of staff move back and forwards with tins of paint and bits In silence. I then asked the person who served me to check on my order please he went to his computer and After another minute of key tapping he announced to me that there was only one person order picking so he went to collect the order personally.After another five minutes he appeared with my order (three plug sockets )what a long wait! I will now only use this place when I’m desperate and have a spare half an hour to kill.
