Got a kudl bed delivered on Saturday 28th Nov .everything seemed fine till I found there was no assembly instructions with it.after emailing and phoning and empty promises,I still have no instructions 6 days later.my son is sleeping on his mattress on the floor as as his other bed has been disassembled and taken away,and we have bits of bed in his room which we cant assemble due to incompetent people.How did they manage to get a bed half way up the country in less than 24 hours,but cant email me assembly instructions in 6 days,still no contact with head office
