I tried to return item that doesn't work, had proof off evidence. I told the manager I was struggling through no fault off my own due to lockdown and business closed. He was rude unsympathetic. I said I want my money back,. The manger said no then called the police and told them them I had threatened him. I have evidence off this. Police came out with red light just for me and was told the manager can talk to me how he wants. I was told to leave or get a fine for being 4 miles from my house.

Great shop, have been going less during covid,(approx once a month rather than every week) always wear a mask, Saturdays experience was not good with regards to the amount of shoppers allowed in, far too many people in the store,, I was desperately trying to stay the correct distance from others which was extremely difficult, and the young lad on tills was brilliant and told the person behind me to step back twice!!!!

No social distancing, queue half way down shop with less than a metre between people. Staff friendly, but stock being put out and staff asking me to move while they fill shelves. Not the best visit I have had

Don't go to this one very often and pleased we don't . Customers don't socially distance very well. Didn't get what we wanted. People using disabled parking spaces without blue badge

Medium to high end shopping experience. Sauntered round with my good lady who loves to browse . Got some bits (ultimately in a bag in the car).
Walked round clockwise from a distanced entrance observing mostly well stocked shelves and associated prices for goods. I think I'll go the other way next time and see what's what.
Most customers distanced apart from an angry looking bloke and a confused older woman who didn't appear to know each other. No bird food which was what I went in for but still ended up with a big bag of bits.
The happy / sad buttons on the way out are a nice touch and we left wondering why they're still selling winter fuel and when Mecca is going to open.
