Terrible. Absolute chaos. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Kept being told someone was going to come help at the customer service desk, 3 calls out by staff and still no one came. Gave up and joined the queue at the tills. 20mins is ridiculous for just picking up a 'Reserve and Collect' order. Will not use this store again, ever.

Customer service is terrible. My order took 3 weeks to appear. They had it a week but didnt know. They did not know my details of delivery. Went in today to get refund on pricedrop during the order dates & delivery, duty manager couldnt be bothered to come out but bark instructions to an assistant. No apologies & still have to go back again
For refund, cant be asked to shout the odds to get refund. Will not order online with them again.

Very few staff on duty for advice.
The younger staff don't have much idea of general maintenance plus the store was a little untidy with lots of goods on the floor causing trip and slip hazards
