I like Webbs, especially nearing Christmas when they have one of the finest displays of festive tranklements. They have a good range of garden stuff as well. The only thing I would complain about is the difficult arrangement of the food and drink service. I hate queuing and here you have to queue twice. Table service would be nice for those of us who find it difficult to stand for ages.

Very disappointed. Visited restaurant & saw the Tomato soup as soup of day.My wife asked if any other soup & told not. After a bit of a wait ordered 2 soups & paid with contactless credit card. After a short while was told that sorry but unable to supply the soup ordered because of a mix up. Was offered a different soup which I did not want. Asked for a refund. Up to that point I had no problem as mistakes can be made & no issue with the staff. It then the time it took before the person who eventually processed the refund took to get round to doing it and then wanted my postcode, a signature & checked it against the signature on the back of my card. Made to feel as if I was trying to defraud them. None of that was queried when I paid... It wasn't as if I was returning something to them. It was so let there incompetence in selling me something that was sold out that caused them problem.

Visited to see John Lawson's circus. Was an enjoyable hour and just the right length for my 4 & 2 year old to sit still. Great value, we will be back.

Staff were absolutely superb could not do enough for you. Prices of plants and trees far too expensive. I would not do my bulk garden buying from them due to being very expensive.

Excellent shop for shopping and relax. Many unusual hand made products . I would like to buy everythink but the prices are too high for me. Big choice of plants. Nice little playground for children. Big caffe with restaurant inside. Very tasty icecreams. Good pets corner with fishes and small rodents. I like this shop especially during Christmas time. There are beautiful decorations and ice ring as well !!!

For the second year we took our grandchildren to the Halloween Circus. Good fun and excellent value. We just forgot how bad the catering was last year and proved even worse this year. Steak pasty, with no steak was wet and slimy. The tomato and basil soup bore no resemblance to either a tomato or soup. It was worse than disgusting and at £4.50 made me cross. I did take them back. I was told by two rather sweet young girls that it was the fault of the microwave but they would do something about it, and offered a cheese sandwich. They did refund the cost of the soup. But how can you produce soup so disgusting. The icing on the cake was watching the woman at a filthy counter making the coffees. One dirty j cloth being used to try and clear the mess, wipe the drops and them wiped around the cups of cappuccino. Next year we will remember.

Went to buy some plants for a recently created border. Asked a member of staff for advice, and was very pleased with the service given. He asked some questions before he gave his recommendations. We purchased several plants, based on the suggestions given. Excellent service.

Most of the plants we were looking for looked as they were dead or dying so we came out empty handed.

I love Webbs, but when I went today I was shocked and upset to see plants wilting. If I could have found an hose pipe I would have tried to save these poor plants. If I was in charge I would make the first task of the day to water plants as a priority , after all it is a garden centre. Thousands of pounds must be wasted because of dead plants. If staff can't see what's happening then they shouldn't be there.

I enjoyed Webb's at hagley it's relaxed feeling staff are always around to answer any questions you may have. I go there because I love there ham salad. When u go to the big Webb's at Droitwich they do funny ones and if u don't like them there's not much choose. Besides Webb's at hagley is closer for a single person to have lunch there.

This is a rather good garden centre located in Hagley. It is has all the things you would expect from a centre. It has quite a large display of garden buildings and a fair selection of log burners. Free car park. It is not as good as its sister shop in Droitwich but is not bad.

This is a fairly small garden centre much of the convenience of a larger centre. The perennial plants are guaranteed for 5 years under 'normal' conditions. Any I have bought are very healthy and obviously well cared for prior to sale. The staff are really helpful and will offer advice and assist in getting purchases to your car if required. The cafe is pleasant, the staff helpful and the food freshly prepared. At the back of the garden centre is the added attracton of the Falconry Centre.

Most outdoor plants looked dead.... Over priced items and canteen was terrible. Sausage roll was so dry couldn't even eat half of it. Wouldn't bother going again. Sorry

A good little garden centre, the stock is good and varied. A good place to have a coffee and something to eat, try the chocolate fruit and nut slice excellent. There is also the Birds of Prey Centre there as well.
