Nice place young lady at the front door was excellent in her instructions for customer safety due to covid good safety measures in store which everyone followed all staff polite. The reason not 5 stars it's a bit pricey.

I like this garden centre a lot. A good range of hardy shrubs and perennials, with a nice selection of homewares and soft furnishings. The sandwiches and hot chocolate in the cafe are great too. Friendly staff as well!

Went in for tea and cake after a long day out. Though the tea and cake were a little pricey and the queue was long with only one member of staff, which took ages on a prime time Saturday afternoon. The cake was lovely though. Peach and something slice.

Disappointed in the quality of food, overpriced smaller portions. Popular dishes removed from the menu and replaced with main courses. The refurb is lovely and theres more tables but the price rise means customers are paying the price. After being a regular for many years I wont be rushing back

This is one of best garden centres if the best for miles around, because there is always staff on hand. Also nice garden walks, plenty of parking, food great & staff it's top of your list to visit.

Always enjoy a visit to Webb's garden centre. There is always a large selection of good quality plants and the staff are friendly and helpful. Can be a little bit expensive but it is a satisfying experience to spend some time making your choice. Has a small water gardening department where you can also see a range of aquariums and tropical fish. There is a also a cafe where you can get a latte and a slice of delicious cake - or an English breakfast which is a good start to the morning. Also adjacent to the falconry centre so you can extend your visit.

Water Decor looked after the Aquatic department way better 7 years ago. The tanks were filthy and green. Wouldn't buy my fish from there. There's just no care. Extorionate prices even if it is Hagley. They do look after their plants here and the place is kept so clean and tidy.

Great garden centre with helpful staff. In particular the aquatics section very good and in particular Sarah was amazing helping us choose new pond equipment. Friendly and informative the customer service was exceptional and would highly recommend to others purchasing aquatic goods.

I really liked this place it has a real good selection of stuff for all around the garden. There are also a selection of homeware products. The pricing is reasonable as is the quality of the goods. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Also there are customer toilets and disabled toilets as well.there is a nice restaurant. Well worth a visit.

The shop is pleasant to look at but expensive. The cafe was very slow even though there weren't that many customers and when the coffees came there was one missing. Don't think I'll hurry back

2 coffees a bacon sarnie and a toasted TCake. Then went on a walkabout through the garden side. Got a couple of large hex plant tubs. A full flowery hanging basket and off we go to get some DIY bits.
Got some trays, stock boxes and a multi store drawer for my workshop.
Di also got some padded chair covers the dining room chairs. Happy times.

Had a job to find an assistant to ask a price and only one on the tills.Maybe it was because it seemed more important to prepare for Christmas than to be on hand for customers.
