Literally the worst cafe I have ever been to in my life. Got seated and waited 10 mins to be asked what we want and this was only because I got the waitresses attention. There was literally 7 members of staff which all seemed to be working in slow motion. After a 30 MINUTE wait for 2 flat whites and no apology the coffees arrived. Couldn't even drink them as they were about as far from a flat white as a coffee could possibly be. Asked for a refund as at this point we had just had enough. After another 10 minute wait a woman who I can only assume to be a manager came over and asked us to tap our card for a refund, no apology, nothing. Honestly the worst service I have ever had in years and the rudest staff. I never complain as I've worked in hospitality for years but I would be totally embarrassed to work here, I'm actually disgusted!

Only 4 or 5 people waiting to go in but very well organised should there be large queues. Great system inside the shop and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely keeping their customers safe.

Lovely Christmas decorations. Lots of choice..bit expensive as you would imagine a garden centre to be . No Christmas plants yet which was a little disappointing but overall well worth a visit ..

The garden centre itself is lovely.... however the cafe was an awful experience. Food was overpriced and the bought in cakes were the only edible thing we ate.
We ordered a gardeners tea, which tasted watery and bitter. The coffee was served cold. The sausages in the ‘sausage and mash in a Yorkshire pudding’ came with stringy skin and a gritty texture, also served cold. Charged 80p for a small blob of squirt my cream with a cake, without being told! And finally, the £8.99 fish finger sandwich should be renamed the fish skin sandwich.... barely any fish within it!
Won’t be coming back here, will stick to the cafe in Wychbold.

Good selection of plants and paraphernalia for all areas of the garden, prices a little high but that is typical of many garden centres. Overall great place to visit if you enjoy gardening.

Excellent place to visit, a lot of things to take in. The. Christmas decorations selection is good and there is a good selection for Christmas gift ideas, ideal for those presents you haven't thought of. Also a Santa's grotto there, nice cafe on site that offer a good selection. Garden section really well planned out, although our visit was more festive themed today, I'd recommend it definitely as a worthy trip ahead of Christmas.

Enjoyable visit, no queue mid afternoon. Met at the door by a man wearing PPE and given full instructions on social distancing and hygiene precautions. A little difficult to follow the one way system with a trolley, but everyone observed the 2 metre rule and many customers were wearing gloves and masks. Very well organised.

Very well thought out covid 19 plan on arrival and appreciated the spray, wipes and sanitiser for hands and trolleys. Ridiculously overpriced plants though. I spend 100s of pounds each year on my garden but some of the prices are off putting when I know I can get the same sized pots for half the price.

We took my seven year old daughter to visit Santa in his grotto today. I can honestly say it was the most magical experience, Santa took so much time to chat to her and really listen, she was absolutely blown away and so were we. We were able to visit the real reindeer outside and again my daughter had the chance to pet them and ask the lady lots of questions about them which was a wonderful end to the experience in the grotto.
Later we were in the garden centre and my daughter lost a toy she bought from the falconry centre and got very upset, one of the "elves" noticed this and intervened, managed to find the missing toy in minutes!
I don't often leave reviews but I can honestly say, your staff are fantastic. We had a great day. Highly recommended.

Seems a bit tired, the outside space is awkward with trolleys as on a weird angle. But staff are friendly and helpful, however overall, I think the place needs some love and attention.

Highly recommend this Garden Centre! The staff are particularly helpful and friendly - Dave at the till was lovely and friendly and Tom even put all my plants in a trolley and loaded them into my car.. what more could you want? Felt like a really valued customer.. The cafe is great too with really nice coffee and cakes.

Ye lovely cafe. The staff are always pleasant. Breakfast & homemade cakes are really nice. Popped in for a Bee/Bug Hotel but there was only one in stock & that was quite small for the price. Oh well I shall still pop in for a cuppa & browse for plants.
