Visited Webbs Garden Centre today in Stourbridge and we were well looked after by Dave in the garden furniture department. He was excellent in every way with us when purchasing our new Garden patio furniture looking forward on seeing ot on our patio on the summer.

Visited the cafe this morning to excellent customer service. Very professional and spot on with Covid rules. Waitress service to keep us all as safe as possible with protector screens between the tables which also make you feel more comfortable in these trying times. Quick, polite friendly service along with great food (fab sausage sandwich). Will definitely be visiting again soon. Looking forward to their annual Christmas displays too.

It's a good garden centre. I have to confess I only go once a year and it's for the Christmas decorations! Social distancing is good, make sure you've a coat as queuing is outside. No real distancing once inside as you have to squeeze past people to look at the displays.

I visited Webbs in Hagley a few weeks ago with my friends and Nicola who served us made our day. She was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted. She made sure we were happy throughout the time we were there so we will definitely be back. We had coffee, food and then cakes which were all lovely. Looking forward to returning

Very safety conscious with a very nice gentleman at the door to greet you, loads of sanitiser and very good restaurant practices. Good coffee and snacks reasonably priced. Nice bit & bobs to browse food wise, decorations and stationery. Very nice experience today.

I have been promising myself that I would write this review for ages, so here goes.
This has always been a wonderful garden centre, but since the Covid19 crisis struck they have truly shown their mettle. Since they opened after lockdown they have been the definition of professionalism and customer care. I have never visited without coming away just astounded by how well they are running their business and how their attitude makes every visit a real pleasure. There has especially been a wonderful gentleman who keeps getting the duty to man the front door - he is worth his weight in gold. Oh yes, great plants too ;-).

Webb's Hagley is a nice garden centre but not as good as the one in Wychbold which is larger, busier, and better stocked. It's also not as well managed with prices missing off many items and a bit untidy in places. Still nothing is perfect and life goes on...

Missing items. Phoned to report, was called back almost immediately from a very nice, polite man. He said he would inform despatch (this was yesterday) and i received items this morning. What a service! Wish every store was like this. Excellent

Garden center very good. Restaurant clean and good choice of food. Well cooked. Problem is with the restaurant staff. Had to wait 15 mins to be seated. No one came to see us. Staff were not polite and service not as good as it could have been. People were not happy with the service. Shame as it is a good restaurant.

Disappointed to see only hand sanitiser stations on entry and exit via the main door. At the very least you should be providing them by the umbrella stand before going outdoors to the plants. Those umbrellas are a very obvious point of viral transfer.

Today I had truly horrible experience visiting Hagley Webbs Centre with my toddler. Completely unprofessional staff making rude comments about my toddler, who refused sitting in the pushchair (like most of the toddler I guess?!) and wanted to walk around. Well, he wasn't even touching anything. It left me very upset. I won't be back there for sure. Droitwich Spa Webbs is far better. We always have amazing time there.

All covid measures in place with a very friendly guy Dave at the entrance going through new measures of entering the store. Floor signs are abundant, hand gel etc, one way system in place so all good. Payment by card only. Healthy stock of plants to buy so well worth the small wait to get in. We went during the week day time so expect length of queue might be longer at weekends. Lovely to be able to visit again.

Used the cafe. Most staff are lovely. They lost a star, because when the male member of staff came to let us in, he asked if we had scanned the NHS barcode. We had, but he insisted that we had to do it again so he could see us do it. Not impressed, I do not like being called a liar, if only by inference.
