Standard Costa coffee with limited upstairs seating. There is downstairs seating available but it's underground and doesn't have a great atmosphere. Some outside seating is on offer too which is ideal for the summer. This coffee shop doesn't seem to get as busy as the Starbucks opposite Churchill Square which is great if you don't want to have to deal with the crowds.

They should know that lactose intolerance is not a trend or joke. We ordered 3 chai lattes with soya milk but first they made chocolates with milk and then chai lattes with milk instead of soy. Now I have problems.
