I'd always taken my Fox Terrier to the same groomers and after a few questionable clips, I decided to try Bone Idol as it is near my house. The staff listened to exactly how I like him clipped and we agreed on a length before he went in. The cut took approx 1.5 hours and when I got him back I was thrilled. I am definitely going there again and will tell all my fellow dog-lovers.

Unbelievable service for dogs and for owners!
We have a beagle who from past experiences is very anxious about going to the vets and to the pooch parlour.
However, we tried Bone idol due to the brilliant reviews and they managed to fit us in on a Saturday.
They clearly have alot of experience with handling/training dogs in all areas. They do not believe in muzzles unless absolutely indicated so. All previous places insisted once we mentioned Bertie the Beagle tends to get anxious but is not an aggressive dog.
The team provided huge amounts of reassurance and guidance on how to reduce anxieties such as this. We came to collect Bertie who did not require muzzelling and they filmed him to assure us he was a good boy, all be it anxious, nothing like if he had a muzzle on.
Bertie usually lasts ten minutes in a pooch parlour. Here, he came out 40 minutes after extremely fresh, cut nails and a waggy tail with deserving treats.
We cannot thank you guys enough at Bone idol. Not only will we come back, we will be telling everrrryone to take their special pooches to this amazing place.

a few days ago I took my westy, after the grooming begin to see that something was wrong, 3 days after the service we noticed that the skin of the dog was going to get worse.
I bathed him in my house thinking that maybe would improve and I found a surprise, the water began to be dark, something strange for a dog that had been bathed 3 days ago !!!!????
drying it was also noticed that the parts irritation were bleeding.
I went to the shop and I showed you the person that works there and told me first that the dog did not remember!?? she explained that they had nothing to do, that the products they use are 100% natural. and recommended me to go to the vet, I invite you to talk to the owner of the shop, which has more than 10 years of experience and that if I could show whether there was something wrong that would be paid, of course in an arrogant way! .
once visited the vet. they explain that it is provable that the products have some natural ingredients, but there are other things that affect the health of the skin of my dog, for example tools groomimg are dirty, the site does not properly clean, the clippers from overheating due to bad daily maintenance. etc etc.
after many days my skin my dog starts to improve, thanks to the very expensive treatment that I had to pay because of a very bad grooming. if you love your pet do not go to a groming like this!!!!

very bad experice，we asked to cut shortly, but they are cut all of the hair for my dog, can you believe in the 3 temperature a dog without the hair. And because of cut all hair, my dog’s testicle inflammation!!!!!!! Bad experience!

Can't recommend this shop and grooming salon more highly. The customer service received here is second to none and to be honest, I don't know where else is better. Ben is always brilliant at advising us in the shop and we were so thrilled with the custom made Dogs & Horses harness, lead and collar set we recently got for our dog's birthday. He took the time to measure our dog carefully when ordering and then fitted it for us in the shop when it arrived to make sure it was fully correct before we walked out. We have had so many lovely comments on it that it was so worth the money invested in it. Ben always has the best knowledge on any product and this is why we always use Bone Idol for all our pet needs.

As a first time dog owner I can't thank the Bone Idol team enough! They have been on hand with advice and guidance about food and treats. I also booked my puppy in for her first pamper session to get her used to being hand stripped and washed. I think the pictures speak for themselves.???? Me and my dog absolutely love the Bone Idol shop and academy, I am so happy to have found a place that I completely trust with my beautiful pup. The staff are absolutely lovely, so friendly and welcoming and they do a fantastic fantastic job. My dog loves going there and even excitedly sits outside the door whenever we walk past.
