Very few staff in the store today and nobody at the checkouts for quite a lengthy wait. Fortunately I wasn't in any hurry today but several other customers in the qeue were chuntering. I heard a staff member saying something about staff shortages to an elderly lady needing help trying to lift something heavy into her car. Otherwise good. I got what I needed.

I visited on Sunday and I ask if they sold fences post they told me yes but they were outside and it was shut to the public today because of the high winds so I ask if a member of staff could get me what a needed and they said no and then my husband ask for something else and was told it’s up that way some where . We left and went somewhere else which gave us great customer service .

Went in looking for washing machine and dryer feet sliders which they had at a very good price and were helpful in pointing us to the right place to find them, but we also walked out with two new toilets, two new sinks with two sets of taps which were all at good prices too. Pleanty of staff around to ask for help. Pleanty of parking even special van only spaces which I thought was a nice touch for the tradesmen. Even umbrellas you could borrow when raining for the outside area of materials which was thoughtful.

Just been in, store does look good, as it is new!!!
Went in for a garden fork.
The ticket on shelf was £1 less than at checkouts...
This is breaking the law, and should be adjusted at the till.
It was only £1 overpriced. But wrongly priced anyway..
I appreciate that with hundreds of products in store it's difficult to keep up-to-date with the price changes..
I know because I work in retail too..
So they just lost £53 coz of £1!
I don't drive, through choice, but I will, and do vote with my feet... Literally!
So, I'm my way to wilko!!
PS.. I WON'T BE BACK!..
Update on 9/6/2019..
After emails back and forth over 6 or so weeks.. they offered me a £10 gift card!!
Yet they wouldn't match the ticket on the shelf which was only a £1 difference.!!
So they initially lose £53 by not knocking £1 off, then offer me £10...????
... which I have refused.. on principle alone.
They have if course lost a few hundred pounds that I have since spent at WILKO & B&Q!!
