This is my experience with wicked at wingston Blaby rd, LE18 4ES
The manager was rude . He could not respect the etiquette of what a customers means to the business. I will never go again and buy from that shop. I will spend my money with those businesses who do deserve.

An unmitigated disaster. Lost far too much time trying to place an order. I don't envy the staff working here, let down by an appalling website, poor central phone 03 back up, non-functional click and collect - and they don't even answer their phone in store. Don't waste you r time her

Newly opened store so still looking it's best. Very good product range which was well laid out and plainly displayed with lots of helpful information. Realistic prices for quality items and helpful attentive staff without being pushy. Plenty of easily accessible parking, very handy for my projects!

Why is it that whenever I get partway through a project and want a spacific gizmo, it isn't available any more? Anyway that isn't Wick's fault. The new store in Wigston is as bright as you'd expect. My star rating is based on the staff's great customer service and helpful attitude. I was impressed.

On January 6th we had a kitchen designer out called Rebecca. Very nice lady gave us a few ideas but as she was going on maternity leave
She said she would pass the job on to a guy called Adam and he would contact us shortly.
3 weeks passed and after 3 more visits to wigston store we were assured that Adam would contact us.....to date we have heard absolutely nothing ! Maybe they just DONT WANT OUR MONEY

Seen so many reviews slating the customer service , personally i have not seen bad customer service at my local branch as they just leave you to wonder around looking for the stuff you need and no offer of help therefore i have experienced no customer service at all so no good or bad.
