ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE. THREE MONTHS AND I hAVE NOT RECEIVED MY LUGGAGE., SAID IT WOULD ARRIVE APPROXIMATELY 4 DAYS AFTER SHIPPING. CARGO FORCE (RAFIQ) IS NOT INTERESTED., CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXISTS.
I CANNOT BRLIEVE A COMPANY CAN BE SO POOR AND BE OPERATING IN THE UK IN 2021. I WILL DO EVETYTHING ON EVERY PLATfORM POSSIBLE TO HIGHLIGHT THIS SERVICE!!!!

The company posted a reply below stating my bags have arrived. This is completely untrue. This is another indication of the absolute deplorable service. Get your facts correct. I have not received my bags. This is 6 months after shipping .. was supposed to receive in a couple of days, last week in October 2020.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. Not only did they not inform us of all the charges, many we only found out about much later on, but their representative Rafique Bendeali was not helpful in our tracking procedure or informing us clearly of everything involved. Moreover we informed him that many of our boxes had fragile items which he did not pay heed to and most of our things arrived broken as a result of no clear fragile labeling on the boxes. The driver they sent to pick up our boxes was also exceptionally rude and refused to transport the boxes to the van telling us it is our job and did not pay attention when he informed him they had fragile belongings in them. We spent so much money and effort in trying to ensure our things were safely transported to the UAE and it has all been for nothing, as a result of trusting this company.

Fantastic service.
We use these guys all the time for shipments abroad. Really accessible on the phone and dealing with any issues which can sometimes occur with customs etc.

They are not a good company. Don't do business with them. I wish I read reviews before I trade with them. Rafiqe never mentioned that there will be charges from the other country. When I email him he told me that is none of his business. Very horrible people. Please stay away from this company

If there was a zero star they would be getting it. I had the worst experience sending 2 packages. At first there was a set price however, we kept on getting contacted saying we need to pay more and more ‘taxes’. They even threatened to distory our parcels. Called up customer service and talked to rafique who was incharge of our case. Safe to say he less than helpful. Will never use this service again and if you choose to, you will most likely regret it.

Could not recommend to anyone.... They know how much the local handling charges will be but don't tell you. Worst decision ever. Use Unibaggage instead.. I wish I had.

I had an Horrible experience with these guys when I moved from uk to india and used Cargo force ..... no respect towards their customers. Unprofessional. Did not inform about the destination charges but when emailed back asking they respond in an unprofessional manner stating "check your quote properly" and "if u dint read your quote it's not our fault" from Rafiqe Bandeali. Never use them!!!!
