Love this garden centre and the new shop etc. Is fabulous. The plants are always so healthy and strong. Very good quality and good prices. Faye,the manger, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Stumbled upon this garden centre and was so pleased I did. They have a great selection of plants and trees all at a really reasonable price. We had been a more well known garden centre just before and some of the plants were 2-3x the price. We were able to get all of the plants we had been wanting and will definitely be going back for more. I would 100% recommend.

2 Massive trees, 2 massive pots, 3 massive bags of compost and 1 atrocious trolley. Had to do three trips through their maze of a shop through a number tight turns, door ways and low ceilings. All with young family in towe. Asked for help and they did nothing. Other than say, the trees do lie down ????
I’d expect better anyway but whilst spending over £300 it really is poor service.
I told them I felt like this and tried to hide behind COVID protocols. Sorry that doesn’t wash! A fellow customer ended up helping.

I have been a customer of Brooklea for many years and always been very satisfied both with the goods and helpful service, but today Saturday the 17th of October I went to the nursery and the lady on the desk gave the impression she didn't want to be there. She didn't seem to have much knowledge of the plants and didn't seem bothered whether we were satisfied or not.

Visited this nursery yesterday for the first time and was very impressed. Staff were very helpful and my chosen plants were lovely. Will certainly return and definitely recommend to all my gardening friends. Found there was a good selection of bedding plants at a reasonable price. Often driven past this place and never popped in. What a gem! Bought some lovely glazed pots on offer and a large cactus at a great price. Called in to their tea room for lunch too. Very surprised by the large menu in Daisy's tea room. We are coffee addicts so to find Lavazza coffee being served was a treat too! Owners and staff so friendly. Tea room has lots of gifts, hampers and greeting cards for sale at surprisingly low prices. May have been an autumn day but in coats it was warm enough to sit out so we did as not going to be many more chances! Good size and nice to sit inside too though. Ended up buying lots of gifts for Xmas and cards too. Food was lovely. My hubby ordered a ham and tomato baguette and OMG it was presented so nicely (see pic). I had scrambled egg on toast. Generous and with proper bread! Really glad we found it. Cake and scones looked so nice ended up buying coffee cake to take home (you can buy cake and scones to take out and pay a bit less for it, which is a nice gesture because I often buy cake to take away from tea rooms but get charged the same as if I ate it in the tea room). Try this place. You will be surprised by the size and selection of plants and fair prices too.
