I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from KAP, having arrived late Friday afternoon with a problem likely to prevent my vehicle from starting, I was offered an appointment first thing Monday. They were on it straight away, The engineer was brilliant, took me aside to explain the problem and told me exactly what he was going to have to do to fix it, cleared a number of other faults showing on the cars diagnostic computer as well. My car was returned to me in less than two hours with a clean bill of health, and it had been valeted so was sparkly clean too. I was much relieved and the bill was more than reasonable given the amount of time spent and the short notice. All the staff I met were friendly and genuinely helpful, something rare in the motor trade. Thank you KAP I will return for future servicing needs.
