Quite possibly the best customer service I have experienced in an industry where this is not usually the norm. I had the pleasure of dealing with very knowledgeable helpful staff (Mike) who gave me clear information regarding a service and MOT and provided me a quote. The work came in on price and on time. The car appeared to be properly serviced by competent technicians and returned in a clean and tidy condition. I would thoroughly recommend Anca to anyone who is feeling let down by their own garage and have decided it’s time to change for the better. I also think that Anca garage genuinely want to look after their customers in the hope they will return, I certainly will. I thoroughly recommend this delightful garage.

We have been using Honda main dealers for many years and have become disillusioned with poor service, shoddy workmanship and extortionately high bills. Because of this we decided it would be a good idea to try our local garage and have never looked back since. The team at Anca garage are highly skilled, extremely professional, honest and in addition they charge reasonable prices – what higher recommendation can there be? We are now using Anca for both of our cars and have total faith and confidence in everything they do. We intend to recommend them to all our friends, in the expectation that they will be in total agreement with us. No job is ever too small and being a woman, it is very reassuring to know that they will look after my car - and all with a friendly smile! I find it so refreshing in this current age of perpetual disillusionment with the motor trade to be highly delighted every time Anca work on our cars. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you all.

Had my Suzuki Ignis booked in to have a roof rack fitted.
On arrival I was greeted by a service technician who read from the work sheet and quoted the price for roof bars and the body work to be polished. When I returned to the car I was a bit surprised to see the roof bars were not the ones I had ordered. This is after the Service manager had confirmed by email and phone after I enquired what roof bars they would be and would it be the same ones that came with higher spec models than my Suzuki SZ3..he confirmed on all occasions that it would!
When i collected the car, not only for were the roof bars different from the ones I ordered but the polishing hadn’t been done. In fact it had NOT even been washed. It had actually acquired bird droppings while being stationed at the dealership. I was told that the valeting technician was not working that day after all. This is after I had book the car in months before and had driven from Surrey. To be fair we had to cancel a few times because of covid 19 restrictions and we were involved in a minor accident and insurance repairs but our visit had still been confirmed a month earlier and that morning. I asked the technician to look at the key fob with auto locking as it works intermittently . He told me he would check this out, he didn’t. Lucky enough I feel I can live with the roof rack I just felt this was a very poor service experience. Makes me very nervous about bringing my car in for its next service in July.
Such a shame because I have had very good service in the past. Hence 3 stars, not the usual 5.

Was given great advice about the car I bought and they did a great job at getting me the best price for the car I was trading in. Everything was easy for me they took care of everything. After recently taking my car to be serviced at Worthing Suzuki, I now understand why they get such great reviews, they really are a fantastic garage that gave a very rare combination of stellar service and value-for-money, and by far the best overall level of service I have received from a garage.
I brought my Suzuki Vitara in at end of July for its first service and MOT since I’ve owned it. I mainly dealt with Andy in servicing and he was excellent to deal with, a real credit to your garage - felt like I could trust him from the start, very clear on pricing/availability/what would be covered in the service when I booked on the phone and more importantly for me, I felt like he held very high standards for the actual servicing work which he carried out and took his work seriously. Andy also helped arrange for some paintwork repair which was something I had asked for a quote for, and it is back to ‘as good as new’.
There were no unexpected charges (if anything, they overall provided beyond what I expected). All staff I dealt with were friendly, straightforward and professional, and the servicing area was reassuringly busy which I always think is a good sign. It was my first dealings with the garage, and I had chosen them by reading up quite a bit on the online reviews, so had no links to Worthing Suzuki previously. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great dealership. Suzuki main dealer but they service all makes. I can honestly say i trust these guys. You hear horror stories about people being ripped off, but it wont happen at this place. My daughter bought a suzuki privately and took it to worthing to be checked over and any work done, they could of said anything but they didnt. They reported no problems and a good car. Now my whole family take their cars there, including me, and im an engineer........ thumbs up from me. Well done guys

Purcased my Suzuki Swift from Callum at Suzuki Worthing. I was a bit hesitant at first, because the dealership was only open weekdays from 10am to 4pm due to COVID-19. I work fulltime and would have to make the journey from Hertfordshire. Callum went the extra mile and came in specially on a Saturday for me and my wife. First rate sales service and got the car at very good price. Worth the hour and half drive there, thanks again Callum!

Worthing Suzuki advised me and serviced my car after a very bad experience when purchasing my car from another Suzuki main dealer in South Wales. Worthing Suzuki was professional and made no charge for the additional work that they undertook when they inspected my car. I felt that were genuinely concerned that I had purchased a sub-standard approved Suzuki and I feel reassured enough that I can post a recommendation for their sales and service departments and their overall customer service. Clearly, when buying an approved secondhand Suzuki, not all franchised dealers have the same standards. I was sold a car that should have been traded on, Worthing Suzuki assured me that they would never sell a secondhand approved Suzuki that didn't meet the the Suzuki approved car standard.

Really helpful. I have an Ignis Sport, which is a somewhat rare Suzuki. Andy (the parts manager) is great in helping me find parts. It's a shame they got rid of their Ignis Sport, such a great example of Suzuki's reliability and longevity.
