I've used Brighton Honda for over 20 years now for one simple reason. Great customer service, friendly honest and helpful. That is really hard to find these days. Both sales and service, everything they do is centered around the customer. I cannot recommend them highly enough ????

I bought a used car from Brighton Honda in August 2019 and can highly recommend such a purchase from them. Both Steve and John were highly welcoming and attentive on the day of the purchase. All communication I've had with both them and Martin since has been brilliant, even though I traveled quite a distance to buy from them. Any queries I had were addressed quickly and I have no doubt that they make customer satisfaction their top priority, it certainly felt that way to me. I cannot recommend them enough, thanks again!

Stuck in the Honda Brighton car park on a Saturday with barely an hour until closing. We would have been totally lost if the guys hadn`t pulled out all the stops and fixed our car in time. Wrote a review which for some reason was taken down. Went in yesterday as my key casing had come apart. A Gentleman tried to tell me that I needed a new key at £175.00 and there was no way around it as the key would need welding. Went to another garage, took 5 minutes and £15 to fix. Turns out that the key has a screw on it which holds it to the casing. Wonder how many people they over charge. Would not recommend.

Helpful and friendly staff. Location is easy to find with ample parking. I popped in to buy a very small part for my car and was made to feel very welcome. No pushy sales staff but they were attentive. I don't buy new cars, but would recommend them to someone looking to buy from a (Honda) dealer.

Salesmen totally disinterested! One sat fiddling with his mobile phone ignoring me completely. The one who did speak to me failed to mention Honda's "Magic Seats" - given that this is the biggest selling feature of the Honda for me as I had outlined my need to have adequate space between front and back seats for my mother's walking aid, I assume he hadn't really listened to me in the first place! One model I wanted to look at was outside - so he unlocked it and retreated back inside, failing to talk to me about any of the vehicles features. The final straw came when he refused to give me a brochure of the vehicle I'm interested in because I'd been openly honest that I wasn't buying, but researching prior to selecting a company fleet vehicle!!!! Thankfully I'll never have to deal with this showroom again.

I have recently sold my old Honda Jazz and bought a 2009 replacement through this branch of Honda and l have to say, never has selling a car been so easy. The salesman Steve Searle couldn't have been more helpful and considerate during the whole process and was on hand whenever l had a query or problem. I highly recommend anyone to go to this branch of Honda. I am now the proud owner of a new [to me] Honda Jazz and couldn't be more pleased.
