Will deflate one tyre and over inflate the other. Also knocked wheel weights off, just so you go back for a recheck. Also damaged one of my alloys on a "test drive" DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOURE CAR!!!

I took my car there with coolant water leak, they charged me £257 for it. Went back home, parked my car, engine was steaming, coolant water everywhere again, took it back to the garage, they changed the expansion tank cap, they said that was the problem. Left the garage again, went home, of course same problem. Back to the garage again, they changed a clip on a hose, they said that was the problem. Obviously coolant everywhere again...
GUYS, STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE, GREEDY PEOPLE WITH ZERO KNOWLEDGE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO FIX ANY PROBLEM!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR, IF I COULD!!!

Dreadfully over priced and dishonest. Took my car for MOT they quoted over £400. I took it to another mechanic who ordered parts and fixed the car for less than £200. The staff didn't inform me of the free retest in 7 days. They could not explain about some aspects the car had failed on when the mechanic called them to ask why. My car passed mot so do NOT use tanvic, they seem to be under instructions to make up faults on your car either that or their machinery is faulty.

Had two tyres fitted at the Loughborough branch. Price was great but unfortunately the customer care leaves a little to be desired. I was told that I could have the tyres fitted after 13.30 and arrived at 13.45. After a hour and twenty minutes wait I asked how much long it was going to take. Please bare in mind that my car was already in the workshop waiting for the work to be done. Eventually someone started the work and the tyres were fitted 40 minuets later. Whilst the tyres were being put onto the rims, the fitter spent more time on his phone sending txt or Facebook messages. I found this very unprofessional and ignorant. When he walked form machine to machine, if had been going any slower he would have been going backwards. He stopped numerous time to chat to a colleague. All this is very unacceptable not don't look good on Tanvic.

Generally speaking an all round good and professional service. Though on my last visit a mechanic had not reconnected a power cable back to my headlight after replacing the casing. Only a small thing that I managed to do myself, but a small thing that shouldnt be missed. None the less, very impressed with them.

We should probably have shares in Tanvic. I, my wife and my two grown up daughters have been bringing our cars here for the best part of 30 years all told. The crew here are professional, efficient and friendly at reasonable prices and ate totally trustworthy. We are guaranteed that whatever they say needs doing needs to be done and is always done properly with no shortcuts but also with no unnecessary work being done and you can be confident that it had been carried out to a high standard and with your safety in mind. Would not consider going anywhere else.

Had my car wrongful diagnosed saying both my rear shocks needed to be replaced only for the problem to persist. Took it to another garage for them to find the real fault.. a quarter of the price of what Tanvic diagnosed! Only rating 2 starts because the were apologetic and quick the rectify there mistake on heavy discount

First of all great opening hours for people who work full time to work around. Great service... they rang me to tell me the problem before they did any work and told me the cost, most garages don't. I wasn't charged to have the car looked at (i've been charged £50 in Loughborough once for a garage to not do any work). Efficient quick service and the guy took his time to explain the problem, show me the old parts and answer my questions when i picked the car up which is much appreciated. I also have a 3 year guarantee which is amazing! Will definitely return.

In my view, this garage cannot be faulted. I've never know customer service like them. On two occasions now, they've carried out quite lengthy exploratory work and not been charged a penny. I love these guys!

I've used this garage on 3 occasions. 1st for a tyre replacement. 2nd Tyre replacement and wheel alignment. 3rd for an MOT.
I have recieved nothing but great services. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming.
Their mechanics are excellent at what they do. This will be my go to garage

I appreciate the speed with which you put 4 tyres on my car today, however it would have been a better service if you did not leave white gunk over the alloys + Grease - the tyres were set to pressures all over the place.
On checking front - L 38 - R 47
Rear - L 39 - R42
Nobody drives with that.
Check the cars in future - mine 32 all round

APPALLING! took my car for MOT appointment today (27/03/19) before 9am . I was told to expect to collect the car quarter to 12. They gave me a call around 09:25 am to say what's wrong and I am happy for them to do what's needed.
I went back to garage around 11:15 only to find out they havent even started any work yet. Then I saw my car went into the garage. I waited patiently till 1:10 pm without anyone telling me why there is a delay. I can see the staffs are working really hard and doing their best, but I was sitting there all the while and no one willing to communicate with me what's wrong and why it took so long.
When everything's done for my car, and I told the staff about how unhappy I was , there wasn't any apology at all! I am appalled by the whole service and I am sure I will not come back anymore.
Just to let you know, I am a GP. If i was treated the same way as a patient/ customer, i don't care how good you are, but I will never come to see you again. Thanks but no thanks!.
