A Super efficient service from start to finish from the National tyre guys at Loughborough ,friendly and professional staff made the mundane chore of replacing the black rubber donuts that make my car stick to the road an effortless pleasure... definitely worth checking these guys out when information and help is required in the quest for new tyres etc !.

Cheap tyres but don't expect first class service.kept me waiting for an hour even though brought tyres online and booked a time. Fitter very slow doing the job more interested in talking with a friend that just dropped in. Cannot recommend on this occasion.

I was recommended I try National Tyres by another garage whom I trust, and as someone who normally works on my own vehicles I'm always wary of places I've not used before.
I shouldn't have been, Lee and the team were amazing, I was in a time limited situation with a car that needed suspension work doing and they were fantastic throughout, carrying out the work in record time, at a very reasonable price, and without any fuss. Nothing more I could ask from a garage.

Having two new front tyres on my estate car could not have been easier. Using the web page to find the correct tyres was easy and there are many good offers online including the tyres I purchased. The process was easy , selecting the tyres, picking the tyre centre of choice and a time to suit . Payment was also online. I visited the centre a few minutes early and had the two tyres fitted by a friendly mechanic. The whole process only taking just under half an hour. I shall certainly be using National tyres again.

Got a flat tire on Saturday late afternoon, an hour before the garage closes. Called them directly and they were happy to accommodate me with minutes before closing. Very pleased with the service and many thanks for Lee the manager on site that was very helpful.

Went to have my exhaust checked knew it was not in great shape.
Probably not the best comment before the car got on the ramp "hope you have lots of money it's a nissan!!"
Instantly put me off drove to competitor company got quoted half the price.
Shame used national before and they were great at the coalville branch. Don't like leaving reviews like this really but sat to long in a que via telephone complaint!!

Very efficient, friendly and reliable service. Had a suspected puncture at the weekend, took it in to get checked and had to have the tyre replaced due to the current one being irreparable. I limped in 15 minutes before closing time on Tuesday with a not-so-slow puncture and 120 miles still to do that evening. They explained there wasn't time to repair it, but replaced my tyre immediately, giving me a choice of brands, and the option to take the old tyre with me and bring it back for repair another day.
Their best-known competitor (from where I'd just driven) had told me "Leave it with us, and we'll try and get to it tomorrow, though it might have to be the day after!"
You guys really saved the day! Thank you so much!

Great service. Highly recommended branch. I ordered 4 tyres online (best price). Chose convenient fitting date and time. The tyres were delivered to the branch on time. Took the car at the pre-arranged time (1 hour slot). An hour later the manager phoned me saying the car was ready. Perfect. Great service. They even advised that my rear brakes will need replacing soon, and advised a price.
The only minor improvement that I can suggest is that, to enhance the 5 star rating, the small amounts of sealant around the tyres and wheel rims could have been wiped off after fitting.

Guy was relatively helpful on the phone, however, the prices were far too expensive! Tried to charge us £175 to have two rear brakes fitted, told us the parts were £120, however, we found parts online at Euro Car Parts for £75 all in! Almost half the price! When confronted about this we were told that they don't fit cheap parts here and we should try elsewhere. The tyres we found online were £40, however we were now told they were £55. Told £110 for a ball joint dust cover because the entire arm needed to be replaced (he knew this without even looking at the car). They charge a lot for labour here too. I gave two starts cause the guy helped us a tiny bit but I would never use this place based upon the points mentioned above. Seriously, order your parts online (it is so easy) and take them to a decent mechanic to fit. These garages need to remember that we all don't drive around in brand new Mercedes! I bought my car for £400! As if I am going to pay the same amount for some brakes, tyres and a ball joint cover!
