What a joke of a court ! I had a telephone hearing on 11/11/20 and i waited and waited for nothing. Literally sent me into depression because i thought i missed it . I kept calling in constantly to find out anything ! Nothing ! Finally 8 days later of none stop calling and emails , i found out that there was no court on that date as they cancelled and referred it to another council ? When were they planning on telling me ? Why wouldn’t they send a email rather then leave me in the dark and disturb my peace further ?. Nobody told me nothing ! So after i finish this review Ive got to go and call east London courts (which i hear is no better ) to find out whats going on. Shambles really. Oh by the way , good luck getting through to these lots . To think that its enough stress going through courts and all that , these lots make it worse . God how i wish i didn’t need their services .

Unbelievably rude woman called me with no warning on a Saturday morning regarding my recently deceased fathers divorce - a sensitive subject. She proceeded to berate for something that was in fact her own fault. Refused to give me her name or allow me to talk to a superior. I was extremely upset by this interaction. You think the CFC would be trained in some kind of rudimentary politeness or sensitivity but clearly not,.

Took a half hour to find the paper copies of my divorce from 20 years ago. Young Lady was very helpful and was only charged £10. I do recommend this place, maybe I was lucky or maybe I wasn’t the one being rude?

Went regarding child. Had 3 different judges throguh a 1week final hearing first 2 judges wouldn't take child or give any kind of custody to social services then on last day had 1 final judge who decided to take child and give 100% custody to social services. Outrageous

I received court date from the courts arrived Found my case number wasn’t even listed. Asked receptionist, they checked said my court date was in 3 days time. Unbelievable!! If that was me not turning up to court God knows what would have happened.to me? Not even apology ?

Horrendous! It's a shame you have to mark 1 star! They do not respond to email, they do not answer the telephone and they do not respond to post! Shocking! I want to remarry and need my decree absolute but cannot get any kind of response from anywhere!

Appalling. Given the wrong (vital) information then they hung up on me. Called four times and they promised to call back and didn’t. Mark was patronising, rude and gave me the wrong information. Disgusting that this is actually a court, people’s lives being decided, in the hands of these people. Terrifying.

Appalling service. It's near impossible to speak to someone on the phone. You go through a lengthy recorded message to get to the department you want only to be cut off. I paid the fees and applied for a divorce decree confirmation 2 and half months ago. Still nothing and can't speak to a person!

If I could award NO STAR I would. Worse than useless. Download their own form PA7 for a list of phone numbers that dont work, ie "You have dialled an incorrect number". Or the line goes dead, or rings forever without any one picking it up, with no idea of where you are the queue, or for an updated number that has nothing to do with depositing a Will. Pre set menus that dont address your needs and pre recorded messages that change change accent half way through from a SE England accent to a broad Scotish accent, and back again shortly after. These people are obviuosly trying to detere live and helpful telephone conversations. If you thought your vacuum cleaner sucked then try ringing these people.

As per other reviews no one answers the bloody phones... rings out for 3 minutes and then cuts off. Tried for days and then gave up. Don't deposit a will here - use a local solicitor ! - Other numbers give a long list of e-mail addresses - seems staff don't want to engage with the public. DISGUSTING SERVICE

Depressing. Waited on the phone for 90 mins and no one picked up. Phone system directs me to wrong department and have to wait even longer when transferred. Numbers direct to departments not working, continuously getting line engaged tone. Staff have been rude and unhelpful, repeating name of department when I ask to be transferred. Soul-crushing service.

I would like to give no stars. The so called help was useless. They did not know anything and also gave me incorrect advise. I was there for less than 2 mins. If you are fighting for your child then do not I reapeat do not bother with this service as you can't even call it that.

When I rang the court and was put through to the court orders department, which was incorrect, however the woman who answered was so rude and dismissive and wouldn't allow me to explain my query. Even when she transferred the call to her colleague she didn't even explain my query or concerns. If that is the level of customer services then she done the organisation no justice at all. I was put through to the private department and spoke with a lovely lady called Pauline Panda, she was so helpful and put me at ease by answering all my queries and keeping informed step by step of the process. I have only given this organisation 5 stars due to Pauline Panda who demonstrated what customer service is all about. As for the orders department the other lady could so with some TRAINING from Pauline Panda.

Hi Mr king, I met you On April 2, 2019. I am lodging a complaint against Mr Hussain who was in charge of security on the day. He was extremely provocative if not intimidating. I was talking to the security officer who was checking me, before I entered the court building. Mr Hussain and the man next to him on the conveyer belt were both extremely aggressive in talking to me. I told them I was not well, and they in fact took the conversation to an extreme next level and blew it completely out of context. The man who was just walking in and did not even utter a word from the public who stopped while it became noisy . I thought was going to be thumped. It was a rotten experience visiting the Holborn HIGH COURT. The members of the public do not need to be treated this way and that is why I am requesting you to remove both the officers standing next to each other. The height of piss taking was when they both made the decision that I should not enter and basically violated my right to accessing. Of course, I was not going to budge especially because of the wrong credentials of a security officers. After he threw my tray with my belongings from the convert belt which thumped on the floor near the front door while I was standing after the security barrier to enter. A man stopped from the public. And they refused him entry for that. When we asked their names (all) the officials refused to tell their names. I am not even sure if he was allowed to do that ( throw my belongings by the door) it was a complete breach of my freedom. And I heard Mr Hussain murmur that ‘ I was stupid.’ Next to the other man by the x ray machine and then when I questioned him he and his mate denied they said that and intact ‘ I was deaf.’ I was held captive for holding a selfie stick in my hand and the staff especially the black short man near the barrier started shouting and said I was not allowed to record on camera and blew the entire matter out of context. Nobody checked my Mobil phone to see if there was any recording done or not and I actually only held the Mobil selfie stick and then a black lady officer came pounding on me for holding the selfie stick in my hand. As I explained to you. Mr Hussain and the officer next to him on the belt threw my tray and my purse near the front door. Where was I supposed to put the stick on my head??? What I can’t understand was that I cleared security with the selfie stick and the camera why then the fiasco and drama? I am extremely disappointed that the Holborn High Court employs this kind of security personnel on it’s premises? The Holborn County Court is prestigious for the public, utterly disgraceful behaviour by security staff. This court incident was Absolutely shameful!!! A V v disappointing experience, indeed. Please take the appropriate action.

I have been trying to get hold of the central family court since two weeks now and it never gets through to an operator. Why bother to advertise a number when you gonna have an automated system to say “ all the operatetors are busy “ and disconnects the line. Wouldn’t even have give one star if I had the choice.

I don't know why the court bother's to have a landline? As for all you get is a machine repeating it's self and all the operator's are busy. Rubbish phone service. I picked one star as for you can not post. I give no star to be honest it's a useless service.

Just appalling. Impossible to get through; phone either rings out endlessly before cutting you off or you’re presented with an antiquated option selection system which makes you listen to the same message every time. Who has time to waste like this? I only want to pay a fee!!!!!

Extremely busy court, cases are rushed through and in many occasions important details which could change the outcome of a case are missed, difficult if you have no other option but to go through this court to resolve a problem. Bear in mind that the telephone lines are useless. If you need something that you can not access though the Government web portal, best to go in person, or email the department you need to contact, you will get a response but bear in mind these people receive probably hundreds if not thousands of emails a day.

In my opinion, the worst court ever!. The judges overlook key evidence to justify their decisions in child cases. Discrimination is a high factor and when it is done in private, even more so. The laws that are there in place is being twisted and used in so many wrong ways. In 2009, I was accused by my ex( Rhianna Jiaaki) of slapping her in the face and kicking her down a flight of stairs and she was so scared of me she had to go to a refuge immediately. I explained to the court that this is not the case. There was no slap or kick and a report was made one year later in October 2010. The judge back then asked my ex when did she make the report? My ex said in 2009 not 2010. The judge then changed the date to show 2009 and told me I must have been mistaken!. So with no proof i was painted as a beater. Almost a year of seeing my son in a contact centre cafcass was ordered by the court to do a report on me and my interaction with my son for two sessions. The first session the cafcass officer( rosemary reid) brought my ex's partner to the contact centre. I asked rosemary why is the partner here and he has not been here ever. Reid informed me he was there to sign papers. This i know was a lie and questioned rosemary as to the reason she would make such a breach in the contact centre. The contact centre is for the parent/parents and children to be in a safe place so a bond can be made with father and son etc. I made a complaint because i believe that my son was being confused as to who is his father. Rosemary reid did not like this and contacted the judge and legal aid to tell them my son should not see me or have a relationship with me because i argued with her and it made my so cry.. ( this is a complete lie and up to now since 2012 my complaint has not been looked at. I have received no reply. In 2017 i returned to court to ask for a fact finding hearing and to my suprise my ex (Rhianna jiaaki) is now saying that she made the report to the police in October/ November2010 and she did not go into a refuge immediately as sworn to the court but she went to her father's home and then her mothers a few months later. The court still believes her and my son is paying for it. A new cafcass report was done. Its goes on to say that my son says he does not like anything about himself. He says sometimes he happy sometimes he gets angry. This is a 8year old boy that i think is wanting to see his father but does not know how. This is the kind of this that the court should be concerned with instead of hiding away the truth what goes on behind those closed door. I will send my message to any one who will listen and i hope my story has touched you in some way. 05/01/2019. Conclusion: the Judge ordered me to attend a pre-domestic violence programme to see if I am eligible for the actual programme. This would require an assessment in which i must admit to what i am accused of. I attended the office on the day arranged and I immediately told the interviewer "I cannot continue with this assessment because I will not admit to something I did not do". The reply I received was, "If I came in and did admit she would not believe me". I was devasted because I did not admit and therefore was not eligible to attend the course, but even if I did I would not be eligible for the course anyway....So at present I am not allowed to see my son. As devasted as I am i will not stop fighting for my son and I hope my story will in some way touch/help you to know you are not alone in this.

This is a Totally Untrustworthy Court of protection only interested in destroying old folks lives & their Dignity and robbing off all their monies/properties & destroying family lives. Social workers in UK are the most STUPIDEST, DUMBEST, SCUMBAGS who DESTROY lives and separate families and Rob them of their DIGNITY. This Court is PURE EVIL. Goodness me, their telephone helpline staff are in serious need of training. Worst service I have ever received. Did not answer my question, and when I tried to clarify what they were telling me bearng in mind they are a legal instituition, it was a load of crap, and I think I must have annoyed them asking them asking the same question, as they hung up on me.
