Awful service. Rang the number provided. Waited on hold for 20 minutes only for someone to hang up. Rang again and they hanged up again after I waited for 10 minutes. Embarrassing service for a government office.

The telephone staff state that information published on the Government's website is categorically false. The Government's website says you can call up, provide a case number, pay £10 over the phone with a debit card, and get a copy of a decree absolute. The staff on the phone say this is lies.

Horrible judges some of them are quite evil social services had kids in their life and this is a plan for them removing families and their children and putting up for adoption they only care about the money and nothing else sick people I hate them to death .

Tried fighting a battle to get back custody of my children from a violent ex, filed in all my paper work just for them to loose All my paper work and not inform me about it after 4 months of waiting for a hearing date; heart broken wasn't evan the word.
