The staff had attitude and passed on the wrong information about the driving test. The phone number for the manager that is given as an automatic feedback for all the negative reviews here is non responsive. WORST registry in Edmonton.

I have nothing against the staff working here, they are wonderful and helpful. But the lady in charge (in the main office) is rude and misinformed. She will make it difficult for you if she gets the chance, so beware. I even caught her leaving around 3pm a couple of times with weird glances from her staff.
