First time visiting today after a few months away. It was very welcoming and very organised, it was lovely to be back. You were welcomed in and had to give your name. Book returning is easily done at the entrance now and everything was explained.
We've always enjoyed the library, taking part in rhyme time and Toddler sessions as well as looking forward to our weekly perusing.

I love this library; it was always a place full of escape and exciting other worlds when I was younger and now I can see my daughter is just the same - though I wish she'd pick fewer graphic novels and more regular stories for me to read to her!

Located near the town centre yet out of the way of traffic and noise. Big library with helpful staff and places to sit and study, free WiFi if your work requires it and computers are available too. Expansive collection of books as you'd expect and staff are happy to help you find one.

The lady on customer services on the phone at Haywards Heath Branch, was courteous, helpful and understanding about a very delicate issue and resolved the situation within 15 minutes of the call. Many thanks for not making a bad situation worse.

5 stars for the environment and the helpful and polite staff. Has a children's section as well. However the collection is limited but may be expected since Haywards Heath is a small town. The sad thing to say that though this is a very good resource, it is very poorly utilised as far as we observe. The library tries to attract people through different activities and events.
